1.	Quality audits, procedure review and fabrication coordination of Korean Suppliers mainly for Pressure vessel 	fabrication (ILSANG, ILJIN & TONGIL), Tubular fabrication (SAMKANG M&T and STEEL FLOWER),     	Valve manufacture (SWI, KUKA, HYLOK, ACE), Chemical injection package (DECATEK), Glycol 	regeneration Package (CAMERON), Major fitting manufacture (SK & TK), Cu/Ni Manufactures (SAMYANG, 	DONG-HWA C&T, HAEWON) and different piping and structural sub-contractors
2.	Coordination of Quality control matters with Korean inspectors and DSME during Topside fabrication
3.	Reviewing the Engineering drawings and Quality procedures of the contractor and Vendors for their related quality issues
4.	Non-destructive testing (NDT) and Post weld heat treatment (PWHT) coordination and responsible for all the 	related technical problems and deviations.
5.	Corrective action and Non-conformance reports coordination.
6.	Destructive testing follow-up for all the FPSO suppliers.
7.	Pre-commissioning activities coordination and Hydro test Package review.
8.	Different type of welding activities supervision and control.
9.	Korean inspector’s employment interview and assessment for the project.
10.	Access database programming for control of welding and material traceability data and related outstanding issues, such as Corrective Action Requests, (CAR), None Conformance Reports (NCR), Welder performance, and repair rate
11.	Final dossier coordination and control

What is the best part of working at the company?
Being part of the team that upgraded some obsolete  Electrical systems and equipment. The company also gives opportunities to young Engineers  and Technicians to grow and Excell in any department they found themselves

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being call out at night anytime there is shutdown to restart all Electrical systems and equipment for oil and gas production. Also facing security challenges in the volatile environment.

TotalEnergies is a multicultural oil and gas company that  the diversity is a plus for growth of the company and expose it's workers to interact with different nationalities. It also recognise the immense culture of the host communities and Nigeria at large

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Focus on job and meeting of production target each day is fun, combined with other social activities makes life easy each day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Stocks taking,bookkeeping and house keeping. Also safety  is our prime focus.

All duties at the station involves writing. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everything is very simple and easy to access without much stress.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I make sure we have meetings to share ideas about how we can improve our sales and learn more about the job we are performing and also check in and help them with any issues they may be having such as keeping of proper books and customer service.I am responsible for overseeing my teams as they progress on various safety issues

Currently working as a campaign operator who is in charge of over 50 maintenance personnel which include, mechanical, electrical, instrument and inspection. Coordinating day to day activities, writing daily report, attending end of day meetings to share what was done for the day and preparation for the next day.

Working for Total E&P is the best thing that has ever happened to me, one of the best company in the world with a very good work ethics. 

It is a pleasure working for Total oil company for more than 9 years.
I learnt lots of things during those years. The local and abroad training programs were so useful. Also, the working environment was multiculture where more than 20 nationalities were working together at the same oil field. I've made many friends and some of them became close friends.

Productive, efficient and effective environment to work.
1. a typical work day starts from 7:30am till 5:00 pm with 1hr:30 mins  break. My jobs requires about 70% of traveling.

2. I have learned time management, risk management, customer relation, stock management, safety at work place.

4. enjoy traveling.

I really enjoyed my time working at Total, there were senior level personnel who really took the younger ones under their wing and taught them what they know, it was a very supportive environment. This was a wonderful place to start my career, maybe one day I will be able to go back to work for them. 

Little autonomy to make decisions based on local priorities. Good group of people. Little work/life balance. Success in the company is based on internal networking, which means you must speak French and be able to build connections with an international workforce. I really liked this aspect.

It was a great opportunity. It was actually a really great Job. I learned quite a lot in that particular industry. Most of the staff was a pleasure to work with. The hardest part of my Job was being accused of things that I never did .The most enjoyable part of my job was making and keeping the customers happy.

Much delays on purchasing cycle thereby increasing purchasing cost at  long term. A ne purchasing processing style was developed there by reducing the purchasing cycle and increasing purchasing key performance indicator from 68% to 95%
