When I was still starting out, I would get singled out by the manager and was made to feel awful whenever I made a mistake. It got to the point where I did not feel comfortable asking questions or talking to him at all as he revealed himself to not be an emotionally stable person. It did not help that both him and his business partner would monitor employees often without their knowledge, this would drive my anxiety through the roof.

 There is no dedicated one-on-one training as everyone is constantly getting sidetracked taking calls.  Callers are often frustrated and confused as you are discouraged from telling them you are the answering service and not the actual front desk (although that doesn't stop most employees from saying so, including management). Not to mention there are a ton of  instructions from real estate offices that are outdated.

Job is boasted as being "easy", however customer service is never easy. I would receive calls from busy customers that are oftentimes very difficult to understand, which may be fine for the first few times in a day, but during very busy rush hours (that occur each day at least once) it is very frustrating.

I would only suggest this position for people who naturally understand thick foreign accents, love being chained to their desk (breaks are limited and the management is very stern in keeping people at their desks at all times, and are willing to endure the temptation to go postal when customer's repeatedly call back for information that you cannot give them.

Great place to work. I enjoyed my 2 and a half years there.I learned many things about running a business and the amount of work it takes so things run smoothly. Management was really good. They always went out of their way to help employees out. I found that the hardest part of the job was prioritizing what to do as there was quite a bit that needed to be done. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was dealing with clients concerns and figuring out ways to assist them. I also enjoyed helping the customer service representatives with their job and assisting them when they had questions.

Working with real estate can be difficult. There are many times where it's easy to get frustrated and flustered. The job has it fast and stressful times but also its slow and calm times. Knowledge is key to getting through the day. The more you know and the more you listen the easier the job will be. There is always someone to help. This job requires boundless patience and understanding.

they pay ok for the skill level of their employees, but for good employees they really should pay more. If youre the white-collar type who can sit on a chair all day this job is for you. Management is probably the best ive seen out of everywhere i worked before but it really isn't saying much. Understanding accents is probably the hardest part of the job

Training is almost non existant. Other employees don't want to help you. Encourage lying to clients that we are the front desk not answering service. They even in front of everyone presented me with a basket of soaps, body spray etc and said take the hint. Middle of summer broken a/c sweat yeah maybe a bit smelly. Awful place to work. With a different answering service now for a couple years absolutely love it. 

The facility has had untreated bed bugs found on office chairs that have gone untreated for one month. Do not work here.

Disorganized management and payroll haven"t paid me owed wages since leaving.

Long hours, 10-12 hour shifts, minimal breaks, demanding management that seek speed and perfection simultaneously from their staff. Back to back calls all day long.

Always different shifts and hours...terrible training...cant learn...they are all over the place....made errors on paycheck....found another job....everything was bad even the people you worked with.

For people that want a great place to work this is it. My bosses are very helpful always available. Good pay for the work. Allot of sitting. Management is always there for you personally. Benefits provided as well.
