A typical company with a traditional look at an organization with strict attire. Various divisions, check who is ur manager, as she/he will determine how ur job will feel, however end of the day the owners are micro managing every details of work. No hope for progress within the company. Modern office in a good location. Warning: there is no HR and u will be dismissed by email, no human touch. Once gone u are a memory. Nice people, management, annual party, environment. I loved the department I worked for and particularly the manager. The most enjoyable part of a tour consultant is that you find various tailor made solutions for various range of clients and you have the chance to build rapport with customers, as long as you are there. A lot of opportunities to learn stuff. Good positive team work where you will mostly take orders from pseudo deputy manager. No CRM or ERP in place. Most of the computer or IT related job is manual and not automated by productivity software tools. You will get nominal raise every year. Appraisals with no effect. Check ur department for the work culture and its structure. The hardest part of the job is financial responsibility for profit and loss and tedious never ending editing of details in Word files. The most enjoyable part if the job is 9 to 5 job and rotation on Saturdays. Very progressive manager who participates in rotations even!

Salary .. Very low. Just expect barely more than minimum pay (especially after Jan 1, 2018). Enough for surviving rather than living

Benefit .. Basically none. Please save money to buy insurance, medicine and see dentists on your own. Do not report sick for many times.

Workload .. Heavy comparing to other teams. Disproportionate to what you earn.

Job / Work life balance .. It depends. Please expect late night, Saturday and Sunday shift. Although it is on rotational basis, new staff are expected to have more shifts like these once they are able to work alone.

Formal training .. None

Job security .. None. Substantial layoff conducted over the months including a number of staff who have been working for over 10 years. 

Corporate management .. To be honest, it is a mess. Lack of effective communication and cooperation between teams.

Management (Regarding to this post) .. Manager doesn't manage well. Poor communication even for a small team. Blaming-oriented working culture. 

Career development .. Everyday working like a robot. Limited room of development once you have learnt all systems. Don't believe any 'promises' or wonderful words from management until realized

No proper training, all learned by ourselves.
All big accounts turned away due to bad management and incompetent of directors/managers
If anything wrong, blame staff only 
Huge workload and has no appreciation
Work is not even, the staff is lazy and management not aware of it.
Layoff permanent staff rather than part-time staff
No benefit and no medical  plan
Coworkers are selfish and irresponsible 
People are gossip and speak of each other
Business is extremely low and wonders why this company can list in Hong Kong Stock market.  Wonder why this company can still survive 
Overall this is a really really bad company.

Not recommend anybody applying their job.

poor manangement for so many years , no  improvement , like playing  politics between manangement  team, an  unmotivated  team, victims  are  the staffs.
 
 unsecured job,  canbe layoff  at any time, no  advance notice,  no options  offer ,  it can happened  to you at any time during  your work  hour and have to leave at once.

 no matter how hard  you work, how any years of service you  have with them  , no  appreciation,   no  support, 
salary increment  , promotion not based on your annual  job appresal or  even salary  freezed, add unreasnable jobs that  are not  related to  your  originate position.
 

  not recommend  if looking  for a  secure  job  with fairness and  good  return.

Unfortunately my experience was poor. My direct manager was extremely unprofessional, often ignored emails and calls, yelled at people in front of co-workers. Very little training was provided, and inquiring about information was useless, as it often went unanswered. 
Workplace culture was very gossipy, rumour spreading, and lying. Very childish. No action was taken when things were reported. 
Using outdated systems, and hiring based on discriminatory factors.

Horrible Place Cant even call sick, staff come to work with cough & cold and spread it to others as well. Some staff are friendly some are offensively impolite or ill-mannered.

Lunch room is provided with refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser. They also have beautiful atmosphere and managers are really nice. Hardest part of the job is staring at the computer for too long.

I have enjoyed working there for several years now. They make sure all clients are happy with the products and services they provide. Will always recommend them.

Day started with targets given for the day.Less people to work and management had there own limitations.friendly atmosphere with the coworkers
