Very Poor management , schedule is never balanced on hours are given to favourite employees 
hours 4-30 not guaranteed.
No seniority , after any length of time, dispatch is allowed to make your schedule stressful in a moments notice , monthly meetings for drivers are demotivating to employees.
Never are you told you are doing great work, extremely stressful place to work , gossip with the workers and work place is never monitored.

Recommendation for Activan Halton Hills Township is a very low evaluation- zero 

Do not waist your time there is Never going to be guarantee on full time after 4 years or your hours on a monthly schedule.. no matter how hard or long you work at this place.

Washing vehicles - at the end of your 10 hr shift 

Every drivers needs to wash the inside and outside part of your job duties - favoured employees never wash there vehicles/ after they eat inside the vehicle they leave food and spilled coffee and foot prints on the dash board 

This place has poor management . HR will not address the issues in a proper manner . Your better to go with a union in a bigger company

hardest part is knowing parents like to watch how you handle their children
best part is when parents recognize that you are doing your best and that you are getting through to their children

look forwared every day except when weather was bad you neverknew what you were going to got along with management also fellow workers we worked outside in the rain and snow the got a little rough some days we only had shift work during winter months but i got used to it

tons of fun never feels like a job typical day of work is 8 hours of having fun playing games and making sure all campers have a great day. i learned how to work with kids and connect with them while still being in charge

builds necessary skills like communication, time management and problem solving needed in a future career. Important when people are dependent on your punctuality and teaching skills.

I enjoyed working for the town management was friendly and understanding took time to listen to your concerns and needs provided good training friendly coworkers good place to start your municipal experience

the town of halton hills gave me the amazing opportunity to work with them and allowed me to gain experience in a number of different fields such as costumer service.

The town of Halton Hills was where is learned to swim and where I late taught swimming and life guarded. This experience was very rewarding for me.  I was able to learn a lot if skills and my colleagues also became good friends of mine.
