-50 working hours a week but they take away the 75 minutes lunch break daily so they don't have to pay overtime by law.
-the main teacher only do teaching job (only recite the 'knowledge' like an AI robot, the rest falls to the co-teacher, including classroom management), you actually know the classroom and the students better than the main teacher, it's ironic.
-quantity comes first, they only care about head count unfortunately
-there isn't much to learn here, the school uses online worksheets to teach, I'm not sure why parents are paying to get pre-made worksheets. I honestly feel bad.



Working here was very very stressful!
- educators don't work as team
- Management does not support
- lots of gossip
- no incentives
- salary very low and it depends wage is fluctuated via experience
- children are not being cared for in the way they should be by some of the educators
- you feel unwanted at times from this company
-They do not purchase any toys being there for a year when the children play in the yard they had nothing but few balls and that was it.
- this place will highly stress you out and mentally and physically drain you out.
- truly not worth to work here unfortunately

This is a very bad place to work. The leadership is extremely unreachable and biased. They didn’t like people socialising at all. The principal even tells the teachers that he doesn’t pay them to talk to colleagues. Further, the head teacher makes inappropriate( almost racist) comments. He tries to set you up with the leadership at times to make you look bad. The job environnement is stressful and they don’t even respect your basic contract rights. Further, their hiring and firing policies are also extremely unethical. Avoid at all costs!

I enjoy coming to work.  I have a lot of freedom to experiment and innovate.  This is not a place where one can just show up, teach a class, and go home.  

The workplace is small enough that each individual can make it their own.  The classes are small so marking is not onerous; however small classes mean smaller revenue and lower compensation.  However, many of us stay because of the work-life balance.

-Good place to learn for new teachers.
-Excellent school for students.
-Except for one or two senior most teachers , the work culture is good.
- Teachers help each other.
- Pay could have been better.
