- Expectation is to get yelled at by 100 customers a day over the phone, both in english and in french + side duties that you are tasked with every day and are expected to complete by the end of the day
- NO growth or skill development training opportunities
- NO team building activities or outings
- Management somewhat non-existent.. you will talk to your manager maybe once every month
- Company culture is extremely depressing, everyone looks like they hate their lives 
- **Living in stone ages (coming from both customer POV and employee POV). you will have clients yell and complain constantly for not being able to communicate via email/text/online portal. can only FAX things or mail by POST MAIL LOL! 
- you will work on a caveman data software program that looks like it was developed in the 1800's (.. imagine using this type of program 8 hours a day, every day, 5x a week, 52 wks.. ) 
- don't expect to take breaks, other than you're assigned 45 min lunch time slot
- you may go to the washroom.. as long as you ask for permission LOL!

**Only main PRO is that you learn about the leasing/financing aspect of the automotive industry (+ soft skills for speaking to customers, being on the phone literally ALL day)

PSA: If you're looking for somewhere soul crushing where you come in from 8 45 to 5 to do your job and that's it - this the place to be. However, if you're looking for a career.. I would "strongly" recommend working somewhere else

I'm just finishing a career with Toyota Financial Services in a senior executive role, much like an EA.  I was responsible for not only day to day duties while assisting the Branch Manager, and Dealer Relations Manger; but also maintaining my responsibilities required for the TFS National Credit Department as an investigator.

Like many companies, TFS decided to centralize the National Credit Department and as a result, my position was relocated to Toronto. 

I enjoyed my many successes at TFS, and I am looking forward to reaching new goals and continuing to grow.

•	Balanced batch summary reports for verification and approval
•	Affectively dealt with problem accounts by personally calling into dealer managers and get to the root of the problem holding/preventing payment of outstanding invoices
•	Ensured timely processing of all invoices and credits according to vendor/distribution terms to increase positive reputation in market and with vendors
•	Mediated all of client and dealer’s conflicts and complaints reducing turnover rate and late payments by 2% 
•	Suggested process improvements to secure prompt and regular receipts for the organization

Good place with nice people. Fun people to work with. Management needs to open their eyes; keeping young talent on contract is not strategic. The good ones stay for a year or two at most and the company retains the bad ones that have nowhere else to go. This company is poorly mismanaged; execs pocket all the bonuses and the young employees are slaving away for very minimal pay. Use this place as a stepping stone to move on to bigger and better things.

A typical day at work is handling incoming calls, problems, and situations. I learned about the financial side of the automotive industry. Management and co-workers were good. The hardest part of the job was to get hired on board and not work on contract, people who have worked there for five years commented on no benefits. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to help people.

Company definitely does not operate in employees well being. Ok pay, however overtime is only given to those managment favours at the time. You are expected to never ask questions. 

It’s a great source of income but not enough. There seems to be a divided between permanent and temporary works. Just because you have been there on contract for a full year and the renew you contract does not mean that you will get a full time position. They have lunches  and fun things to do sometimes like going to Canada wonderland

Depending on the department you're in the people suck. 
Most of the people who have worked there for several years are miserable and treat new people poorly. 
Very hard to get permanent or advance in your field.
Be expected to do other peoples work and not get paid extra for doing two  jobs.

Amazing staff, great managers and company to work for. Many opportunities to move up within the company and work with various departments. Gained experience in many different and challenging situations.
