test integrity of cables after being pulled and before termination by doing a point to point test as well as resistance test with a megger

Gained lots of new experience on running a project, codes and nomenclature of materials in a new area, given many diverse area to supervise manpower in installing Tracers scope of work as the EPCM provided the manpower from their crews while also working on their own scope. Gained insight on managing crews and working with contractors supervision to get scope completed on time and to specification as provide by Tracer.

I was with the company for 5 years and if not for the client terminating a project contract, I would not leave the company. The company culture is very inclusive and open. Management actually cares for both work and personal well being. They always showed support, appreciation and gratitude to the hard work of its employees. They take care of you and you take care of them.

The guys were great to work with. The 7 on 7 off schedule was amazing. Management was alright until the budget cuts started. Once the cuts came and the men had questions they lied about things to string us along. After I spoke up in a tailgate meeting about our company's future I was told there was nothing to worry about. Only to be given the one man layoff treatment at the days end.

Great company great reps from tracer they care about safety your family and how they always help with transportation methods and ideas great place a typical day at work starts with a tool box talk 2 coffee breaks 1 lunch break a meeting with the crew at the end of the day just to make sure everything went good and sign out

Management is friends first, safety last, harassment all the time. They also promote minorities, not because they are a forward thinking company, but to better cow their supervisors into situations that a normal north american would see is unsafe, their good workers but too easily intimidated.

My crew and job scope were excellent. Safety was good camp was very poor. was at Horizon CNRL bitumen plant worked on Substation a 60 MW switch house for VDU DRU recovery expansion. installed commissioned switch gear for all HV 4160 motors and related Controls.

All in all a good experience.I met a lot of good people and learned a lot about my trade and the pros and cons of certain aspects of camp life.Happy to have had an opportunity to gain more valuable hours.

has a poor human resources record in my opinion.  Management goes thru the motions, but doesn't follow thru with issues.  Moves at a snails' pace for making decisions.
