Successful company, which is commendable. However, this comes at the cost of workplace culture. People can't leave quickly enough. Employees are micro-managed to the extreme which causes a lot of unneeded stress and probably negatively affects productivity. You're there for a minimum of 9 hours, with one half-hour unpaid break and that's it. Bathroom breaks are tallied and should you be appropriately hydrated, you're going to hear about it in an email about abusing privileges. 

Management is all family and there is no HR department. Basically, if you're having an issue, you're out of luck. Russ seems like a decent guy and fairly nice...it's shame that he allows his employees to be treated so poorly.

Turnover is the worst I've seen. They lose a lot of talent.

Office management picks favourites and is absolutely horrible to the rest of the office. Micro-manages, never admits fault. Every employee is just waiting to get a better offer at another place. Employee's constantly in fear  of losing jobs. No HR department to forward issues/complaints (HR is also the controller - manager of whole office pretty much). No praise for good work, always negative or nonconstructive "feedback". Care for anything in your personal life is minimal. If you're unable to or can't work more than the 9 hours already in the work day (with usually no overtime pay) don't expect any favourable treatment. Managers expect you to sit for 8.5 hours staring at your computer screen with no breaks and no socializing.

Fine job - horrible, neglectful management.

Working hard and going the extra mile pays off. Management works with you, I have had no bad experiences. In fact, I’m quite impressed at how appreciative they are of their staff and support where needed. This is a successful company because they know how to run a business and it doesn’t come without hard work and dedication. There are many opportunities to grow with the company - its sometimes your own vision you should chase.  There’s always office politics, make your own positive culture and surround yourself with those who want to succeed. 
I have worked for bad companies with bad management, this is indeed not one of them.

The company has no Vision about its future. They have no work management but there must be enough work to even manage it. They are sooo scared to be upfront and honest about their decisions that they don’t even tell you the reasons that led them to decide anything. I was employed there for almost a year and my work during this year the total work I did was not than worth a month’s time and they still expected me to be busy with work even when there was literally nothing. 
In short it’s a total BS place to work at.

Very Diverse jobs.  Something new and challenging every week.  Great core of people to pull knowledge from.

Middle of night break downs. But they will work with you if you’re not available to take calls

Variety of work environments culture has changed over the years as he has to keep up with work force.

Work hard. Have a few laughs the pay is on par

Family owned and operated, significant room for growth, and large events provided by the owners to thank their employees. With more than fair wages and increases as earned. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Time sensitive situations as this is a service based business 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and Modern with multiple company paid events for employees

Management are all family and no accountability for actions while the rest of the employees are expected to follow protocol to a T. No room for advancement. Treat employees like robots, not people. No compassion towards family emergencies, no work life balance, employees are expected to work many hours of overtime with ZERO compensation.

It's all in the title. They'll underpay and over work you and tell you they think it's fair. Benefits are bad for office workers. I think they turned over dozens of people in the office during my time there. Revolving door. They expect perfection and don't pay you enough for the trouble. Any little thing you do wrong they'll inflate it and say the sky is falling down because if it.

This is an excellent company to work in trades

They Treat you well in the sense of a few free lunches and Christmas parties although room for advancement in the office is very limited, salary growth is minimal and you are replaceable.

Benefits are decent though

Good starter job, not so awesome for long term if you wish to truly advance your career

Not somewhere I would recommend you to work if it’s in the office. Office is disorganized, communication is poor especially with management. Good luck advancing unless you are buddies with management. Highly recommend any other office.
