The most enjoyable part of my job is the people I work with and the least enjoyable part is the commute. I live in southern Toronto and I need to drive north to Markham but as soon as I park my car and head into the office, I know it is worth the drive. My employer pays for half of my travel time so that makes it a lot easier to travel as well. At Trademark, I feel very appreciated and valued both for my work and as an individual. The owner is always generous with compliments and encouragement as well as with bonuses here and there. I know that if I have any issue I can go straight to the VP. He is very involved in all areas at the office and always wants to hear what each employee has to say and values staff feedback. Also, he constantly asks how our families our doing, remembers inmportant family events, supports different staff members when they've gone through crises...
I feel very lucky to come in to work each day where I love the people I work with and there is a positive, growth-minded outlook from the top down. 

I have been here under a year and as soon as I started the team was so welcoming. I never felt out of place. 

Right from the start I was told there were a lot of chances for growth and it is definitely possibly if you work hard. People are always willing to help you learn and I feel supported by the team.

We have frequently meetings so that everyone is aware of what is happening, and we have open communication with the VP. 

The days can range from really busy and stressful to calm and fun, it just depends on the deadlines.

Days move fast and there is always projects on the go. Always something to learn! my team, management, customers are always teaching me new things. Work culture is diverse and inclusive. The hardest part about my job is that there is not enough time in the day for all of the tasks I need to complete. This is also the most enjoyable because we our days fly by! always something happening and projects always on the go. 

Trademark Industries is a fast paced company that moves with the flow. All the employees there are kind and helpful.
If you ever need help the Vice President is always there to help along with the other managers.
The pay is reasonable and the benefits are great!
I would recommend this company to anyone who would like the opportunity to learn retail and distributing around the world

you will not enjoy working really high turnover rate. the president must micromanage everything and he must oversee everything. he gets every single email emailed to him, as well he promises things but when it is time for it, he makes it in a way that you will be scared to ask him, and if you do work up the courage to ask him for it, he will end up firing you and talking about you horribly at trademark. he will say you were into your husband or say outright lies that you stole from the company.

This is a wonderful place to work if you are a driven, highly motivated individual! There are many projects on the go at all times. Constant growth! They work with many different categories and departments which make it super fun and dynamic. Not for someone who is not a team player! Great staff and a beautiful environment. 

it is a true pleasure to be a part of the trademark team!
the payment always happens on time and we are payed very well.  We feel very open to go speak to our boss about any concerns. very often we get sponsored lunches from places of our choice!
I have been working there for 6 years and I don't intend on leaving anytime soon!

The owner is a crazy micromanager who is prone to temper tantrums and continuously fires people without cause. When I worked there, someone was fired almost every week. Everyone was miserable and walking on eggshells. There is no job security or advancement. Please don't waste your time.

We have a great team that works well together. The pay is fair to the job title and work load. Excellent benefits after 3 months. Depending on how busy it is, it can get overwhelming and hours can get long, but OT is always paid. Also, incentives are provided and there are often free lunches.

Big mistake working there.  No advancement. Owner is a bully and speaks badly about any employee that decides to move on to another company.  During the time you work there he tells you that you are the best but he talks behind you back and is very negative.
