got up from camp got my lunch went to bus and went to work. Got to work sign in put my work clothes on had a meeting in the morning (toolbox Meeting) then what was on for the work day.I received material and requested material for the job. when Material came in i checked off the material sheets and the material and the put it away in storage. then i would take material sheets to warehouse lead and they would put it in the computer.I learned alot in warehouse work, management was good i knew most of the management. looking for material that workers put in storage without info. enjoyable part of the job was the great bunch of workers i worked with.  

I liked working for Tradesmen. I found that teaching junior employees was really rewarding and the benifit plan was great.

I would tackle my job with great energy on a daily basis. I continuously kept the QC binders as up to date as possible and tried to stay on top of the visual inspections and checking on the welders at the same time as making sure the materials and fittings were proper for the jobs at hand.

Working day to day is exciting with new challenges of assigned project. Learned new estimating template and techniques of MTO is great. Management wise is excellent. The workplace is good and convinient but sometimes cannot avoid those who are envi people that resulting destruction of credentials.

More I gave the less respect/ support  from co- works / bosses We received. it wasn’t Supposed to a competition .moral at a all time low  . constant bickering and badmouthing .so many bosses leaving etc I welcomed my lay-off .time out . I’d work for them again

Management would promise the world and never follow through with anything.  Foreman would yell at workers.  They were very condescending to all except their friends.  Very derogatory to all other workers.  Foreman was never out in the site.  Workers would get in trouble for not working although 90% of the time there was no work.  The WORST JOB OF MY CAREER.  Over 20 years in construction

Have been a welder's helper for six months with two & a half months shop experience. Work place was enjoyable as I learned from cutting pups to specs & fabrication to specs on blueprints-welders helper. Most enjoyed part was at end of shift when management bought farewell dinner to employees.

The company was fine for utilizing their workers they were a little intense at times depending on what was happening but I found that they were very judgmental over certain people and the way that they looked the way they chose to dress before starting work and not a company I would recommend working for

morning meetings site orientations for new hires, all related documentation,. reveiwing and writing of JSA' and SWP's as reqired management was commited to safety co-workers very close knit and working with new and young employees was very fulfulling

Was involved with this company on a large gas plant expansion.
First of all, their choice of tradespeople and management for on site was terrible.
Poor work ethic, most workers spent more time trying to hide than working.
What kind of company “forgets” to X-Ray over 300 shop fabricated piping welds. 
That’s just one example of how poorly this company is managed.

I have only been with the company since Nov. 2016.
We are about to break for Christmas and due to the lack of work through out the province, it is unclear of future work at this time.
The company has been good to me, as have management and co-workers. At this time, I can not give more detail for work/life balance, wages and benefits
