The hours were quite long. I worked 7am to 6pm each day and on weekends.
The job though stressful was rewarding as I saved the business and it was a success when I left.
The hardest part of the job was the product (skilled tradesmen) They were very unmotivated and often did not show up for work.
The most enjoyable was winning new accounts which I did on a weekly basis. One month I won 5 new accounts. I did all of the business development.

We worked from heights which i quite liked with the job we were doing the chateau fairmont in Whistler, Very hot, sunny. We were doing the flashing and insulation on the roof. The company was a good company to work for and the co-workers i worked with were very helpful

Enjoyed the long days and the diversity. There were times when certain crews 1 really became a bit of a click And a strong company can’t flourish when it starts to divide... however overall experience was good I recommend them to anyone

Tradesman is enjoyable company to work for, both welders i worked with were very understanding an nice to work with. i really enjoyed working there, the piping the welders had to weld were put together like a giant jungle gym, wearing harnesses to load their tools up to them was pretty cool.

No job security, pay was decent but if you are looking for experience and not sure which route you want to go in welder I recommend it. get experience in a shop or in the field.  Can figure out which role you want to focus on which I gained knowledge of while working.

I am very grateful with the company and team, excellent team-work and opportunity to learn and share the experience with other technicians.

They manage their workers in different projects, and supply PPE for the job side.

They send their workers to various job-sites for many different purposes, so then they depend on the workers as well as workers depend on the company.

In the US its a good well known company, In Vancouver its like a start up with horrible management with little support or help.

Good benefits after 300 hours of work, the pay was decent, I like that they have a tool purchase program, and management was easy to deal with. I would work there again if I had the opportunity.

Good crew to work with, was home every night so that was good. The bad was we ran out of work to fast.
I have kept in contact with this company for more work in the future
