After over 4 years, Im still proud to say this job changed my life. An above average pay rate for the area, the best benefits package I've ever seen (100% coverage of almost everything!) No need to worry about the cost of travel as the company picks up/provides a truck and gear required. Titan Traffic helped me reach my long term life goals and got my health back on track with thr amazing medical. 

If you care about your job, then this place isn't for you. It's a small upgrade from safety 1st. But their management team lacks in a lot of areas. Very poorly run, management is over worked. I could make a large list of problems but it's not worth the time. They do not value their employees, they just blow smoke up you... behind. 

The parent company “ Site 2020 “ seems professional and oriented.
But I assure you titan traffic control is the exact opposite. 

The managers form secret “inappropriate” relationships with their staff although they are married. The management made a habit of favouring relatives and simply  hiring their friends.

If you’re looking for a professional workplace, this isn’t it.

The company offers steady work, pays on time, and gives opportunities to gain more experience in the traffic control field. Whether you’re new to the industry or already experienced, Titan is a solid place to grow and build your skills.

Overall, a reliable and well-managed company. Highly recommended for anyone looking to work as a Traffic Control Person!

Anywhere from 4 hrs to 12 hr days

The management is absolutely horrible, the people who work here are even worse. Everyone gets in and all you have to do to move up is know who to threaten, it is a absolutely horrid place to work I would not suggest this job to my worst enemy

Great place to work. Management is amazing.  Lots of moving parts in the industry and the Teamwork culture here makes things work smoothly.  Lots of improvements being made . 

I usually start my day early in the morning with preparing the plan for the day for the client briefing my crew. Management is pretty cooperative and responsive. 

Group activites, looking for free labourers. Very clicky group. Beware! They will take you for your time and energy and either not pay you or give you the run around.
