Not a thing.  Keep giving you more work and refuse to give any more money

Management is not great.  They can't keep anyone

Very toxic.  The good employees they let go either firing or not satisfy and the employees that bring in the toxic environment they keep

Quiet  and people are greatmixed cultures but does not bother me

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hours 2 hrs morning and 2 in the afternoon

Worst place I've ever worked. They take advantage of employees don't provide proper equipment don't pay industry standard for mechanics or body work (or have safety equipment for either) 

I enjoyed working there. Closing off work orders that the mechanics completed,ordering parts, conference calls, scheduling work for the mechanics, comunicating with dispatch.

This is a great place to work of any age persons.
Great, friendly co worker.
Frequent proceeder's training and update.

Working as apprentice at Transco was bit limited since after the apprenticeship no offers for a regular job that would enable me to apply my knowledge and skills of electrical.
