I have NEVER in my life encountered a company as slack, unorganized, unprofessional, and discriminatory as Transline Group. After getting hired in one day, without completing any safety or competency tests, we were blindly sent onto an assembly line full of confusion and unorganization, being lead by supervisors who engage in favouritism and racism. At first they provided us with new and clean gloves and safety glasses that we each removed from their own plastics, but after the first few days, we were told we were going to get new safety glasses and to hand them over to the supervisor. The next day, they were handing back the same (now unsanitary) glasses from a bin. We were told to just "wash/wipe them off". Following this incident, it was all downhill from there. Supervisors were constantly speaking in a different language that the majority of the employees could not understand, to both employees and other supervisors. On top of that the supervisors had no idea what they were doing, which would slow production down alot. After constantly having to ask them to speak in English, they then reported to the lead supervisor that we were giving attitude. 5 of us were then asked not to come back to work and were told that the assignment was now cancelled for us. They didn't even call to tell us that. We had to call them SEVERAL times just to find out that we were fired. We are now thinking about taking this issue to the Labour Board. We feel as though our rights have not been upheld at Transline.

Not even 1 week into working at the factory I noticed the obvious segregation between workers, the favouritism between management and workers, and language barriers that were repeatedly brought to the attention of management but dismissed there after. Production was slow because of constant talking and negligence with workers. When these workers were told to stop talking by supervisors they would stop briefly then when supervisors were distracted they would proceed to bad mouth the supervisors and other workers in a different language. Down to management would come to the production line  and distract workers. Not only that but workers were illegally given 2 breaks of 10 mins. My pay check wouldn't get put into pay roll, and it took 2 weeks to sort it out, calls were avoided and when I went into the building management was not there. It was as if my paycheck was stolen and being used for other purposes. After only 1 month of working with the factory I was told that I would be "called" and told when I would be scheduled but never received a call to then be told I was fired. I highly recommend that you do not work here unless you don't mind being discriminated against and having your paycheck taken or "lost". I am considering going to the labour board with these incidents.

The job description is nothing like what the actual job is. I went into the factory thinking I would be doing light weight work. I have asthma, so I cannot do hardcore labour, so I thought this would be fine. The employer told me it was required I would be able to repetitively lift 30+ pounds all day, and would not be able to give me any kind of accomodations. The line leaders didn’t seem to care much about my disability either. Overall, very negative and unprofessional environment. Employees actively talk badly about other workers while the worker is standing right beside them. I could sense a lot of racism in the workplace as well. Would not recommend applying.

Transline is  an agency that  gives you lower pay after deducting from the actual pay they receive from the company  hiring you.  Depends on the account manager who communicates with you.  Some of them are very polite while many others treat you like dirt or numbers.  Performed 4 different jobs out of which 2 jobs where quite interesting and nice.  But then they call you when they want you. They do not guarantee fixed working hours in a week.  So you may end up getting peanuts.

Transline group was fast-paced. It was fun to work with lots of different people and make friends with coworkers, but sometimes it was a bit stressful. I really enjoyed the hours because getting home at 4 pm every day was nice and I felt like I still had lots of home-time left, but because of the workload, all I wanted to do when I got home was sleep. Overall it was a good enough job despite the minimum wage pay (After a probational period you would be given a one dollar raise), and I would recommend it to anyone who can handle being on their feet for a very long time.

This agency is very unreliable. They are very broad in giving you details about your compensation. Shortage of hours worked and not paying on time are their best attributes. Job security is awful. I do not recommend this job agency. You will be disappointed.

Transline is a good company that allows your to grow and develop your skills. I really enjoy working here because it give you the opportunity to branch out into different areas of Human Resources.

They treat you like a piece of dirt and they withhold your pay and short you on hours for no reason. Don't work there unless you like slavery because they still haven't paid me for work over a month ago and its the biggest hassle to get the money you have rightly earned

Working here I liked that there isn't much training either than learning how to make displays to company standards.
Employers are very social and nice.
On certain days they would bring in lunch for the employees.
Always great moments in this company.

Transline is good place to start a career, learned a lot from working here. People are good and valued and the company invests time and money on employees to ensure they will get the knowledge needed to be the best.
