What is the best part of working at the company?
Very low-brow working conditions.  Floor is unclean with pastry residue and/or cooking oils.
Terrible break room, backpacks and lunch bags thrown on top of each other.
Only work here if you need the money and want the experience for your resume.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Language barrier coworkers with poor english speaking.  Especially when being trained by one.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Constant yelling and blaming.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing if you will be fired the next day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Verry stressfull. So many people get fired for not much. Can't deal with the Stress. And Hours are not consistant.Is not run safely or to other companies requirements.

Working at Treasure Mills has allowed me to expand my knowledge and learn new applications and portals.  It is a dynamic and fast paced work environment.  It is clear the owners are very passionate and really care about the policies and procedures set in place and the safety of children. 

I have tried. It did not work for me. and for many more I have become friends after.
It requires a lot of work to change from a house kitchen to a business.
Treasure Mills is not a business. It is a family kitchen that all its members are tired, angry and confused how to handle the business. 


Quality manager is uneducated, they don't know about quality and food safety, the only think is matter is quantity not quality this is a worth place to work because of QC technician and quality management 
Respect your time and don't apply for QC in Treasurer mills .

The time I spent working for this company helped to develop some of the skills I use consistently in my current role.  

I also got a good view of what it is like to run a business and how you need apply these principles in everything you do.

I've really enjoyed my time at Treasure Mills. It is filled with people who really care about what they do. Honestly, its like a family here and a great way to build a career because you get the chance to wear multiple hats and learn so much. 

Plain and simple owner is an over bearing demeaning swearing control freak. Needs to hand production control over to a professional. Take him off the production floor and it would be a good place to work.

Manager is so impolite and aggressive that you never imagine. Group work is almost never existed there . Thay really abuse their work force, no matter in which position!
