Tregaskiss

I truly enjoyed working at Tregaskiss. I miss being under they're employ. The shop is always clean. They hire great staff. Everyone works well together as a team there.  They are a promote from with in type shop. This place was my gateway to C. N. C. I wish I could have retired there. But the recesion and change of ownership, modified the staff and  production lines. I was one of the top seniority employees there.

Great place to work. Company culture is up there. Free meals provided from management once every month. Very friendly coworkers (best part of coming in everyday). Relaxed fair environment. 

Tregaskiss was a great work environment.  Very fair to all their employees and realized that their success came from their workers. They treated their workers better then anywhere I've heard of or experienced. I left to follow other opportunities. But it's not a place you leave. Should have stayed there. Only experienced a few months under the new owners ITW. But I'm sure it's still a great place with fair wages and very clear working environment.

Good: You can do the job as quickly or as slowly as you wish, you get paid the full amount of hours regardless, as long as you do it well.

Bad: Management has inconsistent rules and standards of what they want done, will lock doors with apparently important areas you need to work on but you don't get access to the keys in order to get in there, the pay and hours are very slim so you can't rely on this being your main job.

I thoroughly enjoyed my job at Tregaskiss, and considered my fellow employees family.  I participated on 3 different committees, Special Events committee, Wellness Committee and the United Way Committee, and spearheaded most of the events that took place at Tregaskiss.  Doing for others was a passion for me.

A busy pace work, that requires being on the phone 90% of the time and in constant communication with the different teams. Check order status, product availability and customer's concerns.

Great place to work with amazing coworkers. Management is very open, they communicate with their employees on a regular basis.

  Workplace is very safe compared to other places I have worked.

Good place to work. Super clean and comfortable manufacturing plant, where the leadership fosters a positive environment. Employees are integral and active to many to continuous improvement projects each year.

Great place to work. Really cared about their employees. Had monthly employee meetings to keep us informed on changes and profits. Had a company BBQ once a month in the summer.

  Great place to work. Company was bought by ITW years ago. Many great changes were made but it’s  still run decentralized compared to ITW. There is room for growth but very minimal
