I would sign into my computer at 9 AM Monday to Friday and start answering incoming calls from customers.  I would process their request concerning their account, past due accounts and lease contract inquiries.  I learned how to multi task between calls and efficiently service the customer's needs in a timely manner,  I learned how to prioritize calls and ensure the most urgent requests gets handled first.  Trend Financial is a team/family environment that cares for the co-workers needs and the customers.  Was able to assist my co-workers and supervisors/managers request so we can better service the customer.  The hardest part of my job are the irate customers that call in to complain about their vehicle.  I would calmly listen to their complaints and ensure their needs/requests gets priority on the 'to do list'.  If I tell a customer I will them back I will make sure the do get a call back.  The most enjoyable  part of my job was dealing with customers face to face.

Dealing with customers (some upset, some happy about our sevices) calling in on a daily basis, as well as meeting with them the discuss their leases. We also collect payments from customers who come in to either buyout their leases, make up for missed payments/payments that went NSF, or make early payments towards their account. I've learned a lot about leasing/financing vehicles. Management is decent. My co-workers are alright. The hardest part of the job is having to deal with irritable customers. It's not easy calming them down, but once they understand you, they've all of a sudden become your best friend. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is meeting with customers who came in angry about something, and seeing a big smile on their face as they're leaving our office.

The process is NOT tight. Didn't work well when I was there. They try anything they can to not pay full commissions. The Director of Sales doesn't care about customer service or the employees. They changed from salary + commission to just commission shortly after I started. They Repo cars from customers that are late on payments, then they sell those cars to customers they get from the dealers that they provide financing for. Everything wasn't all bad when I worked at Trend. But they don't know how to treat customers or employees.

•	Lead team of senior sales associates by delegating tasks and providing support to employees and clients as necessary.
•	Support sales associates daily by advising on company protocols and providing additional contact with clients.
•	Increased profits 15 percent over 12 months by creating new incentive program for employees to meet sales goals.
•	Implemented customer satisfaction procedures and dealt with customer issues.
•	Trained new sales staff and provided weekly feedback to all staff members.

I worked at TREND for a year. It's not a bad to work, salary is okay. The only issue is management not knowing what they are doing. There is no type of supervisor structure, one minute one supervisor says something, the next another supervisor is saying the exact opposite. Overall, not a bad experience. A lot of angry customers being sold lemon cars, but most of them didn't read their lease agreements anyway.

This is likely the worst place of work experience you could expect to find.  The owner is as slimy as I could ever expect to find anywhere in the workplace.  They are very underhanded and will do ANYTHING to box in a customer so they will never be able to get out of their car without taking a MASSIVE penalty.  Stay as far away as possible from this company.

Trend Financial was a toxic environment, I was once asked by a supervisor to give the address of where I was working because it would be cost efficient for the customer to bring the car instead of going out for repossession. This was after I was threatened by the customer.

Worked there for over 10 years, started at the bottom and worked to be an assistant manager. Enjoyed dealing with the clients on a daily basis on the phone and in person. The shifts were the only downfall for me as I couldn't work nights anymore. Needed something more secure and have the ability to grow.

New company providing sub prime auto finance to automotive dealers, struggling with acceptance and growing slowly , management experienced in the business will be challenged as it grows unless outside team is brought in to run larger shop.

I have been with Trend financial since November 2012 to August 2018. Axis Auto Finance bought Trend Financial in April of 2018.
