	Responsible for reviewing all contract drawings and assigning WPS/PQR for each weldment
	Estimating weld times for each contract for quotations
	Assigning employees for job tasks
	Conducting monthly employee performance evaluations
	Managing weld tests for new PQR/WPS
	Managing  new welder employee testing/ training/ certifications 
	Buying all weld consumables for facility
	Managing and writing data bases for information collection/ control
	Managing outside contractors including tendering bids and awarding contracts
	Setting up new product assembly line including but not limited to procurement of new machinery, plant layout, training, 
	Managing time studies for Continuous Improvement initiatives
	Managing R&D for welding procedures, controls, apparatus, and consumables.
	Conducting interviews for perspective new employees
	Managing/ negotiating supplier contracts

Working as a coordinator has been a fast-paced and dynamic experience which I genuinely enjoy. Everyday brings something new and the variety in my responsibilities keeps things interesting and engaging. While the workload can be more than one person can reasonably handle at times, I feel that this is recognized by leadership. My ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively seems to be appreciated, which makes the effort feel worthwhile. Overall it's a challenging but rewarding role, and I feel valued for the work I do.

Trenergy will take on any project/task that relates to the boiler industry. The workforce is highly skilled with many years of experience behind them.   The owner thinks out of the box and is willing to step up for large contracts that can compliment the boiler business. 
When a case can be made for new equipment, the owner will find a way to make it happen.
Many of the staff have been employed for many years, which is a reflection on how the company is viewed by the employees.

The owner hires bunch of unqualified individuals  to just give people hard time for no reason. All management does , is impress the owner by giving  people hard time  and firing them. I am sorry for the poor people that have to work with these monsters.
Do yourself a favour and find another job. 
If you last there for long time there is something wrong with you.

Great pay, great management, lots of room for potential growth

Can't say there is one I enjoy my job


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I found it very friendly and welcoming

-co workers speak horribly about each-other 
-no room for growth within the company unless you are friends with management 
-horrible hours 
-19-20 year olds with hardly any experience “running” the shop 
-disgusting/ dirty work environment 
-health and safety issues/ concerns no matter where you look within the shop 


This place is only good if you're looking to make fast easy money. Even then, there are better options. 

You will be doing the exact same thing day in and day out. There is no room to grow unless you're friends with the bosses. The people are miserable and the safety is laughable. 

Don't work here unless you're desperate. 

Nice people I’m grateful to have worked there i it’s was a union shop 
So I didn’t expect to get very far.  I left after seven months because I had a business opportunity. 

no structure, good opportunity to learn, poor job security. co-workers are easy to work with, every day is inconsistent, freedom to work at your own pace under minimal supervision

Positive, upbeat and approachable members of staff. Expectations are always clearly laid out and there are supportive people availible to help you at most times.
