12-14hrs, typically working without supervision.

The least experienced people were given power to mislead and manipulate management. Job security is very weak because of the nature of the business. I appreciate the good times and the knowledge gained over the years beside the negative experience.


Worked there for one season, at first i was told it was permanent position, then HR told me it was seasonal, being too far in the hiring process i kept going, but i probably would not have join in if i’d have known at beginning. 
But once in the team and on site, the environment is great, the people are awesome. If you’re not familiar to northern camp life, this job might not be for you...

was told by management that the job was at an 80 + year mine site. Was not informed that it was only a temporary position as sub contractors and required re-bidding for short terms

Very friendly environment,good people to work with they are accomodating and help you out if you need the assistance. If your looking for something different and need the experience they are there for you.

Relaxed atmosphere. Supervision is great for the most part. They work with you to resolve most problems. Great bunch of co workers. Very little stress. Really enjoyed working there.👍👍👍👍👍👍

I like the experience of the land and the culture the people live up there. And the work we did. Would go back if wasn’t lay-off. You learn a lot and my frist time that far north and in tents.

Great job also great atmosphere would highly recommend to anyone willing to do a fly-in fly-out job, the work space and environment is extremely beautiful

Great group of people to work with. Fast pace work environment in a remote arctic camp location. Normally short term contracts during the summer months
