Worked gor few days in a hope to getting better compensation and stability but found it outrageous and unacceptable to deliver with. The routes are very limited with a lot of other desperate drivers waiting to grab whatever they can, you hardly get a good route to earn with. Even if you manage to get something, you will find the pick ups are as far as 1 hour from your location. The compensation is peanuts at times and if you reject the route then you will be blocked for few hours. I mean this company is no different than others who basically wants you to work for almost nothing. You rather go work in a company where you are paid hourly than using your car, fuel and energy to deliver with trexity.

Flexible schedule. Great start and finish time. Well navigation system

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have never had any stress or trouble delivering courier and parcels from merchant to customers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Only traffic sometimes during rush hours become a problem

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wednesday and thursdays are two typical days to get delivery orders as weekends and first two days are bussier.

What is the best part of working at the company?
odd bunch pick up,this  particular pick up pays more than any other.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
long pick up distance, pays sometimes very low.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
your are on your own,your car ,the packages and drivers support

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
get your phone ready,,wait for the pop up,request come at different time of the day,keep your eyes on the phone and be the first one to click on the accept prompts

A very bad company. 
The payment are very  low and they do not care about drivers .

The pay is terrible. The way orders come is terrible. You can sit for hours and wait for a task to come. When it does, it’s first driver to pick … The pay rates are extremely low; it basically pay your gas to deliver the orders nothing else. So in a sense it’s like working for free or less than minimum wage . Don’t forget that you wreck your car. If they don’t change their policy on the pay rate to increase it , they won’t have drivers for a long time.

Not feasible as full time income. They pay per “tour” which gets released at different times throughout the day. Often the mileage, gas and time isn’t factored into offers which results in offers paying as low as $10 an hour. Support is strict and their  app often gets updated without much explanation. Customers rarely tip and complain for no reason. Pay also gets withheld for generic reasons. If you want to make an extra $100 a week it’s worth it, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.  

I have expressed the terrible pay to Trexity before and the owner tells me to email at “we care” so I did, and nothing comes of it. They keep changing their method of picking up routes for delivery in the hopes of stringing along the drivers that we will make more money and in fact we make less. Unfortunately, this company does not care about paying fairly. You will be underpaid. Honestly look at another company that will appreciate your services because trexity does not.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE CHEAP YOU WONT MAKE MONEY AND FOR YOU GOTTA BE QUICK TO ACCEPT THE BADGE OR ELSE YOU'LL MISS IT...I THOUGH THIS SERVICE IS AMAZING , I WAS WRONG NOT EVEN WORTH IT TOO MANY DRIVER!!! THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THERE APP AND GPS THEY NEED TO GIVE THE ORDERD SEPARATELY TO EVERY DRIVERS TO TAKE THERE TURN TOO FAR AWAY FOR LOW COST 

Horrible company. People don't treat drivers well. Extremely low pay. Not worth the gas. They push drivers to driver way beyond 12 hours and not considerate of weather conditions. Push drivers to work in severe weather. And They Lie!!!
They treat drivers very harsh. They pretend but they turn back and badmouth you.

Pay is very low. Says delivery within the city but not, most deliveries outside city. No tips at all. You need fight for orders as 1 delivery order goes to 50 drivers together. Unhealthy competition between drivers for few bucks. Not recommended at all, stay away.
