Tri-Mach Group of Companies has been one of the best companies I have worked for. The companies values and missions are clear and embraced. The atmosphere in the building is extremely friendly. Management is very supportive and approachable. There are great benefits and incentives that come with working for Tri-Mach and there is an ability to grow within the company. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, I had to move to another job and re locate to another area, but I would 100%  consider working at Tri-Mach again if given the opportunity. 

*To the person who said that there was no clothing allowance for a dress code, I have worked for multiple companies and don't recall ever getting a clothing allowance. When you sign up for a position, you should be prepared to dress appropriately for that, not assume the company will dress you. The only jobs I can think of where they pay for your clothing are for the tradesmen and women where they must spend on fire-retardant clothing and work boots.

  Left my previous employer after nearly 23 years as I decided to take a leap of faith. I'm glad that I did! The reasons I left was because of lack of appreciation shown from ownership to employees, and them being a stagnant company.
  Since I joined Tri-Mach over two years ago, the company has grown a lot!....Not just internally, but externally as well. New machinery purchases, new property acquisitions, and a commitment to continue to grow and become better in many different areas. 
  To me, the company does a fantastic job at rewarding employees hard work, and you feel valued and respected.
 Lots of cross-training offered so employees can fill in other areas when needed, and the company has a strong focus on Health and Safety. 
 My work/life balance is good for my family and I, and my managers are great to work with, as they are supportive, understanding, and easy to work with. 
 All work clothing is provided, and replaced at no cost to employees. 
 I'm glad that I took this opportunity when I did. It was a great move and enjoy working here.

Tri-Mach is a good company, with a great set of values. People here are very professional and very friendly. The company's rapid growth is testament to their commitment to customers and employees alike. The upper management care about the well-being of their workers, and generally speaking, there is a very good work-life balance. Taking time off work from time to time is often encouraged by supervisors. My manager is a genuinely good person who cares about his team members. I was given many opportunities for personal and professional growth, and I look forward to achieving a lot more at this company.

This job position seems like a good one at first but the management here have no idea what they are doing. You will get 3 different answers on something and then when you follow what the CEO says you will then be told by someone else that its wrong. You will be accused of doing or not doing things when in reality- it was someone else who caused the problem.

The person who is in charge of the administrative assistant is merely a suck up to the CEO and also has no idea what she is doing

They want you to wear particular clothing but yet don't provide you with a clothing allowance.

This company ONLY cares about the sales reps and project managers. They do not care or value the other members of the team

This company is also VERY cheap. 
I would highly recommend you stay far away.

I've been at Tri-Mach for a year now and couldn't recommend the company more.  They trust their employees to get their work done to a high level of quality, and will support their team members to help them achieve this.  The work is exciting and full of new challenges.

Working at Tri-Mach has been a fantastic experience. The people I work with are skilled and knowledgeable and have a positive attitude and a willingness to help each other succeed. The company culture is excellent, with a great benefits package & fun activities. The upper management team is visionary and constantly pushes the company to new heights. Also, They always push you to learn & grow in your field.  

If you like long-term employment well this isn't the place for you. I am currently on the road living out of my suitcase in motels most times which in itself is extremely exhausting. Asking for time off is simply out of the question. Management seems to think they own you. You are just a number. They act as if they care about family and work life balance. It's all a shill. Stay away, there are many other local companies that offer the same pay with less responsibility and travel.

All around good place to work. There is a lot of experience in-house and a lot to learn about the industry. They provide lunch & learns and training (for millwrights/fabricators and office staff)which is great and they are actively working to boost company culture. Co-workers are nice.

Hours are somewhat flexible which is great for planning life. The company is growing quickly but in a well-planned way, so there's lots of room to move up.

The company is very welcoming during your first months, and you are quickly feel included by everyone. Management is very structured in a way that you feel you are heard and makes ongoing operations run smoothly.

The President and CEO seem to know exactly where they see/want the company in the future, and due to this, it is continually growing at a fast rate.
