people are nice but there is no communication within the management to employees unless its a urgent matter no one cares about the safety until someone gets hurt 

poor work environment little to no benefits and salary is a joke and dont ask for a raise because they will laugh in your face certain employees get to do what they want because they are family or close friends to the boss example come in when they want and modify their pay sheet to look like they were on time and come in for overtime and do nothing but still get paid for it. while others need permission to do so and a clear favoritism for certain employees 

all in all a bad place to work because the work environment is toxic unjust and little to no benefits very big employee turn over constantly  

This job was not the job for me. Standing at a conveyor belt all day drive me insane. If you are a person who enjoys hard work and routine Tricentris would be a good fit for you. Employers are very nice.

Kinda stinky but the work isn’t too much and you get paid pretty well for what you do. You can also get bonuses in the form of change that you find and stuff, it’s interesting.
