What is the best part of working at the company?
Working here was a nightmare. You are overworked, underpaid and treated like you’re disposable if you raise any questions or concerns about safety. They do not care about their staff, only funding money, if you refuse to put yourself in an unsafe situation, they will fire you. I’m unsure if they still have cameras in the homes, but that was uncomfortable. Staff always knew when the cameras would be watched because of the light and tick sound it made when the owners would watch. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything - the owners only cared about being paid never about their clients 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful- cut throat- everyone out for themselves

I’ve had a great experience working as a staff member with Trillium Support Services in Toronto. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and cares about both staff and the individuals we support. 
Communication is clear, expectations are well defined, and there is a strong commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care for clients.

I feel supported in my role and truly appreciated for the work I do. I would highly recommend Trillium Support Services to anyone seeking meaningful work with a team that genuinely cares.

The Coordinator is super nice and understanding and she'll help you build up your skills slowly, not just put you into the most difficult place to work right away (although of course you get to choose where you go and say yes/no). There are no shift notes to write or any follow up staff have to do after doing a shift. Pay is $18.50 so not ideal. However they encourage you to try to get a job out of your shifts and they're ok with you getting hired by the company you get the contract for.

I have worked in in different agencies before coming to Trillium and so far this is the best place to work at. The management is very supportive, the salary is good ( I have no complains whatsoever) + vacation fee. Apprecitive and respectful to their staff. And most importantly  I can " create" my own schedule,  I choose the shifts and most of them a month  advance. Works well for me !

I've been working at Trillium Support Services for awhile now. I work across two regions and find the variety of work satisfying and flexible to my schedule as I can choose when to work and connect with the Coordinators for where I work. 
The opportunities to learn from new experiences is good too.

You get to experience different locations that need assistance with the clients/residence that live in the homes. Experience is great. There are ups and downs like in every job, but I don't mind this job at all.

Trillium Support allows flexibility with your schedule and a variety of work. The managers and directors are supportive and readily available when needed. Pay is competitive.

I enjoyed my time working with this organization. My coordinator was very attentive and listened to any questions/concerns I may have. She always provided positive feedback and did her best to give shifts around my schedule.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for TSS. Great company with lots of potentials.
Management is very understanding of the concerns staff present and they make an effort to actively address each.
