Trinidad Design & Manufacturing

Typical work day involves filing, recruitment, terminations. Helping employees with benefits, RRSPs, and payroll questions. 
I have learned a lot about employment standards in this role as well as helping the HR Manager with anything he may need in regards to employees visa's, letters for subsistence, overseas taxes. 
The management of this company are great. Very friendly and helpful in all situations. 
The co-workers are also great. Friendly and create a wonderful atmosphere to work in. 
The hardest part of the job that I have experienced is the economic crisis in the oil and gas industry resulting in massive layoffs. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is the people and managers I have worked with. Being able to help employees in all aspects of their jobs.

Great workplace. Great atmosphere and management is approachable and easy to deal with. They recognize persons abilities and try and reward for good work.

Changed fr manufacturing facility to outsourcing all. Weak Management....not sure if they're still in business? Oil&gas I have nothing else to add........the job was only for a year

Someone always trying to mess you up in order to keep their own job, so you go first. Very competitive, somewhat stressful. Went from working 60 - 65 hours a week to 40 then to lay-off, all within a 6 week time frame.

Great staff and Managers also office staff and shop managers / Safety # 1 / they Hear out any issues workers have and resolved ASAP / company was Best I ever had pleasure working for .just wish economy never fell and manufacturing shop never shut down .

A large company with an eye to the future, mildly lacking in communication between management and workers but nothing that couldn't be ironed out easily.

Nice Company to start welding carrier.
They have good welding staff.
They are not hard on new Employee, they will train them nice.
