I've experienced tremendous personal and professional growth during my time here, and the hands-on experience with the management team has been invaluable. The training and insights gained surpassed what any classroom setting could offer. The entire team has been fantastic, and my immediate supervisor, while demanding and meticulous, instilled a work ethic that continues to benefit me to this day. Working for Triotech has truly been a rewarding experience. 

You'll never be recognised for your work, they put the wrong people lead as they are talentless, salaries are ridiculously low compared to the industry, Management are a bunch of disorganised clowns and they never know what they want, litterally no advantage and you'll be mentally destoyed. Run as far as you can from there!

Fun projects, but management has difficulty figuring out what exactly needs to be done. I think that if they took more time to establish that the project goals are make sure they to communicate them, they would have much less frustrations.

The company creates attractions and rides for amusement parks so it's a cool industry. The atmosphere is casual. I would say the biggest plus is the flexibility (work life balance and other).
