I am currently working at Triple S Transport with no intention of leaving. This company is family oriented with the understanding that family comes first. They only expect you to try your best and will help you succeed in anyway they can. We are a fast growing company and I am confident that we will be leaders in our new adventures. I enjoy the fast pace and the endless learning curve that makes days go by fast. We have a comparable or perhaps above normal pay scale and benefits are given after 3 months. Our fleet is one of the best I have seen in along time and the maintenance on the trucks is priority number one. 

No regard for employees health or safety,left stranded on side of high-way in -35 degree weather due to break-down! Told to deal with problem myself,even though was company vehicle with past mechanical issues.No heat or means of keeping warm.Told nothing could be done to help.

Super fun place to work. The office is always super helpful they always come up with a solution to your problem. They always say thank you when they hang up the phone. Even if your running late or things aren’t going quite right they are supportive and will help you out. Awesome group to work with. I feel like we are treated as a piece of the puzzle and valued. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
They truly care about their employees beyond the office door. Meals and accommodations are first rate.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
uncertainties with the supply chain .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
safety is definetly a priority.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Day starts early, 6:30 -7:00 am and runs to 5pm or slightly later.

Very limited management skills. No clear business plain. Company has to few trucks to substain overheads. Choices are made which defy simple logic. Lack of owners fundemental business knowledge is sad and funny. Money was spent on repairing non revenue producing Trailers.  When broken down Tractors sat in front down, while trailers were rebuilt. Parts was a total joke, wrong parts daily. Lots of waisted time..safety meetings were never documented

Family oriented business, with more than competitive wages.  Fast pace of work, makes days go buy quickly.  Weekends off and very pleasant in the office.  We are laughing all the time.  Great relationship with all departments, mechanics, Drivers and office staff.

Interesting work environment, fun colleges ,
Never boring, sometimes long days, always busy, nothing seams impossible at Triple S Transport.
Interesting projects every now and then.

It was super stressful at Frist. they always was happy to help you out and learn it's a good starting job and u get lot's of driving in and practice I would recommend it especially being a new driver 

Great place to work.  I have always been treated with respect and a caring demeanor.  Yes, it is fast paced and a new learning curve around every corner which makes this place an enjoyable place to be.
