I had a variety of tasks from day to day which made this employment interesting. I did learn numerous aspects in management decisions which arise suddenly and adapt to the situation. the management were eager to listen and acknowledge various ideas as well as compliment. team work is realistically the back bone of any organization to positively advance. the hardest part of any new job is to be accepted but once you do fit it its simple to continue your work. the most enjoyable part of a new employment is leaning and transforming onto the system and then positively working together.

Tron Construction and Mining has recently changed management and no longer respects the human relationship in its business or employment practices. The upper management is reactive and does not respect or support the staff that reports to them. Though the company representatives market themselves as a progressive company with good values, their actions clearly show they are neither progressive, or respect worker/live balance, or human relationships.

no benefits, expenses take 1-2 months for reimbursement, the 2-2 schedule is fantastic although you do need to fly a day back early to catch the flight up to site the next day so it's more like a 15-13 schedule which is still better than most out there. Management is extremely disorganized, double standardized, they never say "good job" or "thank you" if you go above and beyond, and never impressed or happy with what gets completed.

the tron office is clueless as far as electrical. the people out in the field are just a #. If you worked in the tron office you get benefits but the people out ding the work got none. The supervisors, foreman and co-workers at the cigar lake project were all great to work with. but tron did give us a 
$50.00 Canadian tire gift for 8 years no LTA

Its usually a boring day at work, its a small town so you always see the usual customers and its busy only on some days. Hardest part of the job is near the end of the day because it gets real busy with all the gas and people in line, only one tilt so sometimes it gets hectic with the customers waiting for their turn.

Place was a constant dumpster fire. Management couldn’t bath themselves never mind organize a job.

This has been a great job, good crew, supervisors and company to work for.  They treat you fair and are supportive.

Prepare toolbox and safety meetings and required safe work permits for the construction activities in an industrial work environment. Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to be implemented.

The company was fine while I worked there. They did a variety of projects so it was challenging and fast paced.  We were in uranium and potash for the most part.

They have had their ups and downs.  At one point they had poor upper management and that is when they took a down fall and had to lay off alot of employees.  When they had Mr Elliot as CEO the company was extremely well run and very profitable
