Truck-All Depot

At Truck All on a typical day would be freight moves in and out of center dock by all the dock workers for Truck All. You Learn pretty much everything you need to know about shipping and receiving. Once you learn everything no one else needs to be trained and the foremen constantly rely on you to do more work than you should have to. Other than that it is a friendly work place great place to start out but there is maybe an inch of room for advancement so if you are looking for a long term career where you do the exact same thing day after day than this is the place for you.

As most know it's a lot of repetitive lifting, but that's where I came in, I loved the heavy lifting, the teamwork that gets put in on a regular daily basis. Paul (Dock Supervisor) is a very content guy, even in a stressful situation, he handles it with a healthy head on his shoulder.

Truck all gave me a stable job which gave me good experience hands on. My only dislike was the dust in the warehouse and the lunch room. During my time i was able to connect quickly with the workers and the main crew, as well as advance quickly to operate powered machinery.

My job was to move the freight via hand wheeler, power jack, forklift or hand jack, from various trucks, which do in town pick-ups, to other ones that will transport the various freight to their out of town destination.

The owner has basically given up and is letting the assistant manager run the business into the ground. 
If you like being yelled at, felt unappreciated and a hostile work environment,  this place is for you. 


At truck all you will not move up, there is no room for advancment i worked at the same job for over 5 years and i got a dollar raise. 
Not okay. 
Mom and pop kind of business. The people where awesome though.

would have stayed if managment treated everyone same . good benefits and safe atmosphere. always available and helpful team members you can rely on. hard to trust management. typical day at work is unpredictable  

Truck-All Depot was the best job opportunity I've ever had, the people are amazing, from the staff in the offices to the drivers everyone of them made me feel like this was the place to be.

Everyday was the same, unloading and loading trucks, very smooth system. Good people to work around, learning was a breeze. Management were fine as well

Always a steady paycheck  and the people were great   the only down side was dock wasn't invited to any of the staff get togethers  other than that good place
