Work at PEI location, management is awful and do not have the slightest respect for employees, supervisors have even asked me to call the labour board on management, the whole place in general is a disaster and very shady. Have witnessed management yell and curse at employees for the smallest things. Most people who come through only last a few days. If they close due to bad weather they will make you work on your day off, you don't have a say in this. Highly don't recommend working here and am only here writing a review as I am looking for a new job on this site.

I enjoy working nights at this - it permits me to work at prosser productions during the day. I look after the sanitation of the plant at nights, and also look after any production that might be done at night. I am also required to balance inventories, and produce other reports.

I have a crew of 18+ on night shift and it is my job to make sure that everyone follows saftey, hygeine, and any other company regulations.

For most people working here, it's a punch in, punch out job. You have 30 min unpaid break, 2 paid 15 min. It's basically just normal factory monotonous work. Turnover is sometimes high with wages not being competitive in the industry. Management is fine. The benefits are with Blue Cross and decent. Schedule is Monday to Friday with most holidays off.

Is best company that I work for is room for a good carrier they sent me to school they pay for school they pay me to be there in one word is best  company that I ever work is a growing company with a lot of opportunities 

I think This is a good place to work i dont mind the cold mangement is great ive been here a long time and can't imagine working anywhere else if u don't mind working in the cold and on ur feet aĺl day this is the place to be out general manager has done a lot for our plant

Seniority means nothing at this place, they have their favourites and you are basically working a dead end job with no room for advancements. Bosses let their favourites away with everything and then others get treated poor.

Worked  Night shift, Timing was very suitable for a person having 1 more full time . Friendly place to work . I worked in all departments of the plant with in 1 year. Less interaction with management staffs.

Very friendly staff and coworkers within the company. Management could do a better job with communication between themselves and staff. Wages could be more fair and competitive.

Co-workers were great to work with, management wasn,t the best, supervisers were great, it was close to me residence but always smelt like fish, no showers there
