The positive atmosphere at Trux Solutions is noticeable at all levels. People smiled; people are helpful and genuine. Other companies talked the talk, but the body language said something entirely different. I got a sense of company loyalty from them mixed with bona fide job satisfaction. To me this implied that everyone in the organization is an integral part of the whole, therefore a team. They a good company that not only looks after the ‘bottom-line’ but also its people.


I worked with Trux for over a year and I enjoyed going into work every single day. It's a very nice place to work, especially if you have vision. It's a great platform for growth. The management made this place a  wonderful place, they’re always there to listen, and accommodate any changes that could help their employees. This is something I truly appreciated because it’s not easy to find employers who value their employees in such a manner. They treat their staff with importance and encourage growth in every way possible. There’s lots of room for opportunities and growth, especially in the sales side. Overall, this company has a nice family culture and the owners are always ready to invest in their employees.

I have an experience working as an office coordinator in one of the logistics company in Mississauga. It is indeed a great experience working for this company. I have come across new things which I have learned while doing tough work. Staff is very motivated hence they keep to maintain a balance between the work and fun at work place. Environment is very peaceful and everyone is ready to help each other whenever needed. 

- start my day with scheduling pick up and follow up with clients.
- prepare and maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) file, Analyze driver's CVOR and Abstract and review with operation head.
- Respond and Assist other client manager in terms of Analyzing Logbooks and Tripsheet of driver
- Maintain day to day work report and follow up regularly with companies.
- most enjoyable part of the job was picking up Tripsheets and Logbooks for client location and communicate with different company managers.

I liked working at Trux Solutions. From the kind employees to the celebratory somosa/ hakka chines parties it was very nice. I also felt secure working there. I never heard of any half meaningless layoffs, etc. However, At times it becomes little difficult to handle multiple tasks  Other than that I loved working there, I've never witnessed a more harmonious team. working here for last 3 years and planning to retire here.

Great job to progress and enhance your carrier.Supportive co-workers and staff members. Pay is always on time and the most enjoyable part is working alongside my colleagues who are fantastic!, and learning about new and emerging things about Trucks.

Transport industry it self is Very progressive and full of opportunity and working for Trux solutions was absolutely right decision. Joined as client co ordinate learned a lot of new things. Management is very helpful and encouraging. Now i am running independent accounts and very satisfied.
