Worst place to work ever, don't even try to work there, if u are a hard worker forget it the super visor just going to put you in the fast and heavy machine and you really going to be tired because No-one is going to help you, if you are lazy it's ok, if you really want to work just buy coffees to the supervisor and always smile for them, this job looks like a jail cameras everywhere, in the break to go Tim's hortons u need to log out, in the end of the shift you can't remove your uniform only after u log out (u need to wait 10 minutes after your shift is done), think twice if u going to work there

small factory with a labor force that barely speaks English. I was awarded a material handling position at one of the two plants the company operated. 
The supervisors expects that you should work at least 50 hrs a week and then some. 
The environment is deafening, dusty, smelly and metallic dust causes discomfort in the throat.
The workforce is poorly educated and simple minded

Making pipes from slits straightening and chamfering the ends bundling them for shipment.
learning comes when you have to troubleshoot the equipment. ever so often you will learn something that you have never seen or know before.
like any other work place some employees are excellent to get along with and others you just have to let have their own way.
The hardest part of the job is changing over, setting up your machine
and getting your dimensions
what I enjoy most is having a well accomplished day on the job and the friendship and competitive spirits among my co-workers

It was my first experience in Canada. I learned lot of things like developing test & quality control procedures for Bend, Flare, Flat, V, Weld, and Reverse weld test.
Cutting Steel Tubes of various diameter and cross sections through Havens CNC Machines.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of electronics Setup regarding different equipments.
Customer coordination & customer support services as a sorter at customer site. Also learned to use the Overhead Crane for Material handling.

If you are looking for a stable job this is not the place. Management/Supervisor doesn't care about you, just want you to work harder and harder. Benefit is not good. Work environment is noisy, dirty, oily, dusty everywhere. Do not think to work for longer time here.

great environment with great people. got a lot of work experiment and great experience working with different backgrounds and cultures.  the hours are not the greatest but the work experience was great. I enjoyed learning new things and working with the team

Operation systems are maintained in a nice manner.
Office staffs and production workers are very friendly.
Decision making is so fast and efficient but top management's decision is made in a not-very-good manner.

check machine and fix the problem is the most enjoyable part.

Making sure all machines operate continuously with minimum downtime so as to maximise production for the shift.In this way production goals are achieved which makes management and workers satisfied!

People are nice but management dont like to teach or pass on their knowledge for their own job security. 

All office and plant  positions are revolving doors except for the lifers and the management.

Weekly pay was nice.
