What is the best part of working at the company?
The rules are clear from the start, very easy to follow. There aren't any major issues. This job works well for me because  I have a young family and if something unexpected comes up I can be there for them without any stress. The schedule is very adaptable, so I can organize my time easily.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
During the peak periods it's really hard to grab extra classes because everyone is online trying to get them. You have to be quick if you want to secure additional sessions.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There's a sense of collaboration, I feel respected and backed up.

I worked online for TutorABC as an English tutor. The good things about it are:
You can make your own schedule.
The students are friendly.
Materials are provided.
The company always paid on time. 
Cons:
Low rate of pay.
Frequent tech issues.
Lesson plans were sometimes too long to complete or far too short for the 45-minute lesson time.
The bonuses were based on student reviews which could be extremely unfair.

 flexible hours.You can work on your own  time and make extra money.  You teach language online and meet people from different country. IT desk always help you to solve technical problem.You will always get paid on time. The client will rate you. The company is ready for teaching PPT.

It was better than starving, but the pay was horrid, the bonus system was atrocious, and they did not work well with substitute teachers due to the time difference. I do not recommend.

There are a lot of rules and threats of being fired. Salary is based on your location and not skill. It takes the fun out of teaching. Students reviews are all that matter. Teachers opinions are ignored.
