A typical day in peak season at tuxedo Royale can be extremely hectic. It was not out of the norm to have influxes of hundreds of people within an hour coming into the store for tuxedo fittings alone. but nonetheless the team dynamic and relationship made it easy to communicate effectively but also create an efficient system for both staff and clients. 
Working here taught me a great deal of conflict resolution skills. How to mediate at times difficult or hostile situations as a third party and without being bias. It also equipped me to better provide exceptional customer service. The experience at Tuxedo royale also gave me hands on administrative skill and inventory knowledge. 
Management was exceptional, and workplace culture of the specific branch I was at was certainly above the Norm. It honestly did not feel like work, but rather a sense of duty to family, tasks that one genuinely wanted to do to help their other team members. 
Hardest part of the job was leaving it. the most enjoyable part was certainly the coworkers.

At tuxedo royale i worked as a sales representitive, what we do here is rentals and sales of mens formal wear ie, tuxedos and suits. On a daily basis we would have customers who would come in either in large groups (wedding parties) or just single people looking to either rent or buy our formal wear. We would have to meausure and order according to size we did our greatest to keep up customer satisfaction. My manager, i had two made working enjoyable. They would take the job serious but at the same time want us to enjoy what were doing they pushed for us to communicate and get comfortable with our customers to make their time in the store enjoyable. The hardest part of this job was to be able to remain calm at all times. At times the store would be jammed packed and crazy busy we would always have to keep order and work in a fast pace in order to help every and anyone in the store

This is an excellent part time job! The management here is wonderful, very flexible and approachable and willing to help you with anything. They are very open and understanding. The co-workers are another great addition to the company, everyone is friendly and helpful and great to be around all day! I have learned a lot, how to properly measure someone for a suit/tuxedo, the types and styles of tuxedos, all the accessories, how important weddings are to people, little details and planning that goes into weddings, how to please and help customers.
I'd have to say that there is no hard part of my job! Although it does get busy at times, its never stressful or hard, we all work as a team! The most enjoyable part of my job is satisfying the customer, I love when they put on the final product and are so happy with the outcome!

Indeed is unlike anywhere else I have worked. It has an incredibly strong culture for a company that is growing as quickly as it is. Collaboration cross-team is critical, encouraged, and motivating when driving new projects and helping others complete theirs. The overall work/life balance is wonderful and Indeed goes out of it's way to ensure you stay balanced. We have clear goals from leadership and a clear path to achieving them quarter after quarter.

A typical day of work was like any other, some days were better than others, but I did learn new things out of the experience. For example, I learned the names of certain men's attire and learned how to measure length and width to fit someone for a suit.
The most enjoyable part about the job was the atmosphere, the boss was easy going and even sometimes paid for my lunch.

It was a great company to work with. It helped me learn how to dress and distinguish between formal and casual wear. Understand the colouring schemes between tops and bottoms and contrast the right colours so you look civilized.

working at Tuxedo Royale until it closed was enjoyable experience as they had given me my first job and gladly welcomed me back after the first time I worked there and it is an experience I will not forget

Everyone gets along with each other and makes everyone feel welcomed. We all try to help each other whenever we can and make sure every customer is satisfied with the service we provide.
