Two Pillars Construction

I have been a floater jumping from company to company in the recent years. But two pillars is the second company that I have been with long term. The foremen that I have the pleasure of working with does not put you down and yell at you when you make a mistake but instead will work on fixing it and let you learn so you won't do it again. Co-workers are generally easy to work with. Also if you state your intentions of advancement and show your competency they will eventually open up an opportunity for you to grab it. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Atmosphere people are great to work with

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stress if you show up on time complete tasks before leaving for the day and exhibit that your employment is valuable not just another job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment is like any construction site its the people you work with who you work with that makes the difference

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up on time complete my scheduled tasks inquire if anybody needs help ask if we are all are all done or did something needs to be completed go home

What is the best part of working at the company?
Superintendent and foreman were extremely proficient. The company had a great culture, treated employees fantastic.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some tight schedules, but who doesn't have that in their industry.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They really take care of their employees, rewarding with barbeque and actives outside work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyone works safely and everything flows nicely throughout the project.

It was with Two Pillars that I learned  all about tower construction skilled labor in combination with safely working at extreme heights. If I could have advanced a little quicker than was offered I would probably still work for them.

This has been the best company I have ever worked for.  The owners are excellent people and the work environment is very good.

They have so many projects and lots of work all over the metropolitan area. So is a never stop type of job. Im rarely have a slow day. 

i enjoyed working with a variety of multiculteral people and taking on important tasks such as standing and closing forms setting up peri for floor pour, cornerlocking and fan bracing etc.

I enjoyed my work at sky-view ranch under the general supervision of north view working with a contractor suck as north view open my eyes to a site project and what can been done in one year

Many tasks to keep a day of work moving forward. Sites were well organized, and great efforts taken to keep it safe. A great family conscious culture and events to build team atmosphere is part of Two Pillars' way.

Meeting in the morning helping trades or concretes , cleaning stripping down materials rubbish cleaning ,working with other trades , useing many types of power tools

Layoffs were a big thing while I was there.  But never got layed off. Just the lazy guys but good work I loved it while I was there.  Enjoyed working in the sky everyday.
