U-Drive Car Rental

Everybody here is expendable. Nobody shares cars they just take cars from you. Havent bought any vehicles since January and everybody struggles to even get vehicles. Fleet of 300 maybe. Employees are great but management sucks. Especially the Sargent and Regent location. Little pay for too much bs you have to worry about when swamped with reservations and no vehicles sitting anywhere.

The most enjoyable part of my job as a Customer Service Representative or Car Rental Agent was having the experience of meeting different types of customers, identifying their needs and successfully providing the right solutions to their needs in an eficient and professional manner.

Honestly speaking, the job is super easy, the worst parts are that after a while it becomes extremely depressing & unfulfilling. Mangers are disorganized and could care less about their job. Never received a raise nor will I ever & the standard work day is 10 hours... In general probably the most depressing job I've ever had.

Besides the fantastic coworkers there isn’t really anything else positive that can be said about working for Udrive. There is no sense repeating myself. Just take the time to read the pros & cons.

Work is definitely not worth the wage poor training not to mention everyone has their own way of doing things very unorganized no job security poor communication not to mention if things don't work out they will post your job on this site and not even tell you about it

I had a good time here. They hired me but I had to go back to school but I learned communication and time management skills. I do think sometimes they understand the branches.

Great great company to work with. People were super nice, very good and nice customers. Work is not stressful at all. Working is made so easy with all the technology. Loved driving around vehicles for them.

Hard work but friendly staff and good culture. Have made lots of long lasting friends. Also the company is growing at a fast rate. Opportunities exist for promotion.

U-DRIVE CAR RENTAL ON SARGENT IS NOT A FAIR AND HONEST COMPANY.

They will only hire someone for 3 months then fire you so they don't have to pay benefits

They work you as a dog
Get NO breaks
Wash bay supervisor is disrespectful /always threatening to fire you
Can't ask for days off
You don't get paid OT
