Receiving the paper work of the tasks done by maintenance teams.check they were completed then verify test results and correct them after calling the responsible person for the test. Then enter all data to Transpower MMS system through remote access. Then invoice all the completed jobs through Transpower MMS system. I learned the use of MMS system , updating of assets data base and compliance of equipment and tools.I managed maintenance teams and project safety standard procedures.The hardest part of the job was when I drive 2 hours to a site and find the work not coordinated to shut down the part to work on.The most enjoyable part was when work was completed successfully and safely.

It is a great working place for me , cause it gave me the opportunity to experience first hand customer service and dealing with all the queries and problems that our Carleton University residents faced and I was in charge of resolving them.The working environment was really good and healthy.My manager was always supervising my work and gave me all the required training necessary to carry out my job successfully.

I really enjoyed working with this company because it was always repetive work and it kept you very busy everyday. I learned a lot of new ways on how to clean. Our manager was very polite with us. I loved working with others. Hardest part of the job was making sure everything was clean to perfection. The most enjoyable part of the job was talking and having fun with others while getting the job done.

UGL Limited is where I got my first position in drafting. The lead designers and engineers were always very supportive and great mentors as I learned my drafting skills. It was also a great work culture where everyone was open and welcoming. I enjoyed my time at UGL and learned a lot over the years.

Worked in office at Collingwood site. Moved to sub-offices at various stages , and to work sites.  Vetting QA docs for site engineers etc. Attended various meetings. Closed off many work lots to ensure completion. Conducted many audits.

Too much mirco managing.

Driver turnaround good people but some have no clue whats involved in there job 
I.e dispatching Loosing logsheets etc
Paperwork yard organization

A typical day at work was cleaning, disinfecting and organizing. It taught me push harder when i wanted to give up. Co-workers were friendly and easy to work with.
