As a Security Guard at Unicorn Security Services, I have gained valuable experience in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public. My role has involved patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Working at Unicorn has enhanced my skills in conflict resolution, communication, and attention to detail, all essential for addressing security concerns effectively.  The company provides a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth, evident in my transition to Security Team Lead. I appreciate the emphasis on teamwork and professionalism, which fosters a culture of accountability and trust. The diverse range of assignments has broadened my understanding of security operations and reinforced my ability to adapt to various scenarios.  Unicorn Security Services has been instrumental in my professional development, and I am proud to contribute to its mission of delivering reliable security solutions.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. The management is incredibly disorganized and fails to treat employees with the respect they deserve. The team is unprofessional, which only adds to the chaos. Additionally, the company offers hardly any sick days, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is no advancement in career opportunities, and they don’t pay overtime to their workers. On top of that, the management operates unethically. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and respectful work environment.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Friday

Lack of communication!  Hours were nice in the beginning.  No shift later when post was cancelled.  Manager was friendly and easy to talk to.  Was sorry to leave them but they only had graveyard shift available.

This is good company for working they provide all benefits to every employee. In this company every employee is equal for everything. If any guard is not well at the working they immediately come to the place check their he/she is good.

A lot of favouritism towards those who claim to be "a family friend" of the owner. Very bad for morale which is why I am giving a 1 star review. I had to leave shortly after. Overall, it was an easy paycheque for few months.

You can get to work on a lot of different sites and if you do not like a place you can always ask to switch. A lot of variety in sites, I always enjoyed working as an Conceirge.

They have  only night shifts available I cant work at night and  the salary is very low cant support my family

It was okay while collecting a pay cheque. Worked with some of their difficult 
and easygoing  clients. I have nothing negative to say, except nepotism is a problem.
