I'm a full-stack developer that has been with the company since the early days. The applications I develop are used internally and externally whether it may be tools or consumer apps. It's nice to know that the amount of time and effort put into an application is being used, and has an impact on my colleagues when it brings quality of life improvements to their workflow.

Management does take into account my personal life and most of the time is pretty flexible with personal demands. Although there are crunch moments where there are mission-critical items to fix or to be developed on short notice. However, that is to be expected as a developer. 

Sometimes there are team building parties or celebration parties that have prizes and fun games to participate in. There are some benefits to working in the office, but I live far away so I mostly work from home thus I'm not very fimilar.

I couldn't be happier with my workplace! The atmosphere here is incredibly positive, fostering a sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The management team is both supportive and approachable, making it easy to voice concerns and ideas.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff are friendly and have a positive attitude towards work. The working atmosphere is harmonious.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Continuous work tasks. No one said anything, but I felt pressured.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I come to the company, check the available vehicles, and ask if I can start loading. My colleagues will deliver the goods to the road. Then I transfer them to the vehicle and get ready to go. After I come back, I go to another place to receive the goods according to the dispatch requirements, and then I return to the company to unload the goods to the site. Other colleagues are responsible for transporting them to the inspection site. This is a day of repeating over and over again.

Management very support you as well and always keep the communication channel open. HR assist your onboarding process and make sure the transition is smooth. All process well set up and running great in terms of efficiency. 
New Technology is everywhere to make your daily job simple and effective. 
Company had invested a lot on new equipment and automation as well to improve business competitive. Company is also provide free lunch to their employees as well. All the employees no matter working in the office or warehouse are all very friendly and warm to the new employees.  Great balance of life and work. 


Sounds like a real nightmare at work! I mean, dealing with all these internal cliques, spending more time playing office politics than actually doing the job. And don't get me started on the pay—getting peanuts for busting your tail. Plus, different bosses telling you to do completely opposite things, and if you don't pick a side, bam, you're in trouble. It's like being a tiny fish in a shark tank, watching these leaders put on a show every darn day. Stick around too long, and you'll feel like you're decaying from the inside out.

Take job offer from UniUni, you will be working under an extremely heavy workload, without appreciation. Micromanaging across all management level staffs. Work-life balance will be an uncatchable dream for the entire period of time until you get kicked out. People barely speak proper English at all means. And HR department keep forcing you do time-wasting and meaningless stuff. People there are almost ignore boundaries at all. Choose wisely before accepting their offer. 

This company is full of professional people who are enthusiastic and have passionate toward their work. Everyone is respective, friendly and patience to me, as they ease my nervousness quickly despite the fact that this is the first time I work in an office. The atmosphere is pretty chill and not so intense as I imagined. Meanwhile, they have strict roles to ensure the healthy work environment and the benefit for employees. Generally, I'm so glad that I have the chance to work here.

Working as an Operation Assistant at UniUni is busy yet exciting. I've learned how important it is to keep track of deliveries in real-time and to be adaptable in this ever-changing field. Coworks are mainly helpful and frriendly.
The management team is supportive, and the company values teamwork and innovation. The toughest part is dealing with unexpected delays, but it's incredibly rewarding to solve these challenges and make sure packages get delivered on time.

Working as a software developer at UNIUNI has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had. The culture here is amazing and all the staff are supportive and encouraging and willing to help you grow as a professional and meet and exceed your own goals. Plus, it's great to work for a place that makes sure everything you do has a great impact on the society.
