The management is supportive. They provide an excellent training. Coworkers also are professional. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get a permanent position and steady assigned hours.

teachers employ you as a ta if they feel you are good for the position. correcting takes roughly 2-3 hrs per week, depending on the course you're correcting for. you can work on it anytime you want as long as you get it in before your deadline.

I was working in the nursing laboratory. The staff was a team. We worked together and communicated at the nursing students convenience
