This does not characterize this company. Their whole culture is built upon being a loving work family. They are not. The only time I ever heard anything about being a work family and that the employees were appreciated was when management wanted more work completed by everyone. They are extremely emotionally manipulative and can be verbally abusive. They are punitive as well by refusing to pay vacation pay after an employee provided sufficient notice prior to resigning. When employees were fired and off boarding forms were completed they were left on the printer in a high traffic area for everyone to see. Save yourself some trouble and avoid at all costs.

If you’re looking to be employed by a company that only cares about its appearance and not about its employees this is the place for you. UPLevel’s approach to “equality, care and work life balance” is the biggest lie I’ve heard in my entire life. I worked there for three months, never heard negative things said about my performance, exactly the opposite actually. I was promoted and then the day before the end of my probation I received a serious concussion and could not come to work for a week. I was already set to have vacation time during that week that was approved by my manager so I would only actually miss one day of work for the concussion, and they fired me without cause on the last day of my probation. Run from this company.

It sounded good in the beginning but you will quickly find the "family" talk is actually only relating to the family and long term staff clique. Beyond that it is a revoling door of staff in all departments. People are switched from department to department on a regular basis, extra hours with no pay is expected and if you refuse you are "not a team player" The management is poor, upper management will try and micromange every aspect of your day, and meeting upon meetings. You will find positive review's on indeed and Facebook written by the owner and family, which should be a red flag.

This is a great company to work for. The culture is amazing and I agree with the other reviews, I felt it right away. The company does have an HR department they call themselves Employee Experience. The hiring manager discussed that during the interview. She was really clear about how the core values of the company has drive their culture and how they look for the right people. After my interview I wanted this job so bad. I was happy to get a call back within 2 days.. I really like being part of such a fun team in the call center even though the work is remote I feel really connected with the people in the company

After spending ten years with UPLevel, I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable companies I have worked with. The management team provided ample opportunity for me to succeed, while ensuring the work environment was supportive, collaborative and fun, making it an absolute joy to return each day for work. After I made the decision to pursue a new career path, the team at UPLevel were very supportive in my decision. The bonds and friendships I fostered over the years made the transition a difficult choice. I would recommend UPLevel as a great company for any hard-working individual, looking to establish a strong, rewarding and long-lasting career for themselves. 

I love working at Uplevel. My team and managers are the best. It's great to have so much support right from day 1. After my interview I was hoping I would get this job so when I got the call I was really happy. A normal day for me is answering calls from a lot of different businesses that we help to support I answer questions, I really like that I get to help people. The hardest thing about this job is that there are a lot of clients and customers to help so the days are busy but they go by fast. 

Uplevel is an amazing company to work for. The management cares about  the employees it's so nice to be recognized as a person and not a number. The workplace culture is really a family environment and you're quickly welcomed in and treated with respect. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you get to interact with so many awesome people both customer, clients and co-workers. I wouldn't say that there is really a hard part of the job but you definitely get out what you put in. It feels great to be part of a company that encourages feedback and actually listens.  

The management in every dept goes above and beyond to help everyone feel important and heard and like part of the family. We have daily huddles with our team, monthly company meetings and fun presentations and activities planned all the time. We work hard and play hard. There is always work to be done but time to breathe is encouraged. I love working here and have On-boarded friends because I want them to experience this amazing company as well. Their core values align with me abs what I would like be apart of. 

You'll get hired for a certain position at Uplevel and within a months time they'll ask if you can help in another department. Eventually the new department is the only thing you're working in even though it is not the field that you applied for, including have a completely different set of work hours. There is a very poor work life balance, unless you are one of the favorited employees (think lots of familial ties) and the turnover rate is ridiculously high - just check the staff photos from their social media accounts - there's a different set of workers every 6 months.

I was only with Uplevel for 3 months. I had to leave for personal reasons not work related and choosing to leave wasn't a easy choice. My manager and the HR manager were so kind and helpful and took the time to speak with me about my options and how they could support me. My team was great I felt really accepted and welcomed right away.
