2019.  Richmond office - No life/work balance, current country manager has ZERO leadership, no set direction so constant change  and project cancellation is the norm. Imposible expectations and decisions made based on personal perception. Work evironment is toxic and expect backstabbing at all levels. Probably the worst job ever.

Company focuses on growth and development of each and every entrepreneur. They pushes you to do more that what you have done before and exceed your limitations. Management team is in full support with the associates. Company always gives incentives and rewards for the achievers and goal getters.

What I love with USANA is  we are focusing on how we can help other people to VALUE their health and live in a healthy way.Our founder MISSION  and VISION is what I love..

Helping individuals  in getting financially better off, and seeing the positive results are the two aspects I have enjoyed most in my past roles. In my current role, I work daily with no supervision, guiding clients and anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities at once, all while ensuring transactions come to completion successfully.

A good company with nice people around . 
Pay is so so . Benefit us good . They have profit share each year about 4 k before tax . That is why pay is not very attractive . But good thing is they are adjusted each year.  Company  all depends on Asian Market .

Good place to work but, you will not be recognized or promoted for your hard work. For a company that revolves around recognition, promotion is not in the cards as they will not promote to elevate you even if warranted. Not a lot of sense for a recognition company.

USANA is one of the best companies to partner up with. It is all based on commissions. Working with USANA is exciting, challenging, rewarding and very family-based. There is no limit to what you can achieve or who help change their lives.

One of the most amazing and unforgettable experience in my life being an Indpendent Distributor in USANA. Love the culture, the goal and the vision of this company. I totally grew holistically being part of this community.
