open mind for the person who work on the technical and management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
production part to relax for the worker.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
it is good and open mind, but didn't invest to the future .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
hard to say, but I want to say I wish all best for my colleagues in the future.

During the interview I was promised and assure of certain benefits that the company do not even have a structure for.
The company is narrow minded with no real knowledge of the automotive business, Italian expats run the business based on work rules and Italian law with no regards for our regulations.
Unionized production floor with chairs that are a bunch of lairs, combined with inept management , every day is chaotic.

Top management from GM to managers have no strategy at all or not been communicated to the next level. There is not clear path where the company wants to go as well not structure to measure business performance. It creates an environment of erratic and emotional decisions. Including Union relationship. 

I saw somebody had put in 4 stars and thought...man, they are desperate to get the ratings up. Since I left 8 years ago nothing much has changed....I have friends who still work there. Unionized place that don't pay well and different pay for the same job. This place should be your last resort! Management? Puh! Don't even go there!

Company is not doing well financially. Employees getting laid off or restructured continuously, job security is not very good. Other then that, great company appreciation events. Company managers are very rude and not ideal to work with especially in engineering. Advice to company: improve company outlook, improve management style

Faced paced environment, challenging and fun to work in. Learned to deal with day to day routine and ad hoc duties, prioritize tasks and deal with personnel issues as well and effectively communicate with senior management.

Make promises to hire you on full time at end of contract but just 
renew contract for a shorter period of time than cancel it. 

No security at this company, they have a high turn over of office staff and management. No annual raises or reviews given. 

Women are not accepted in management positions.

The place has no performance review for employees therefore they  do not increase salary year after year. No consideration by management for employees. Just use this place as a stepping stone and move on. Very unprofessional management.

a newcomer in canada in January 2020,& i got the job in February 2020,just got lucky i guess,LoL. i was enjoying everyday. i had a good working experience especially with my colleagues. if it wasn't because of the pandemic,i wouldn't be layed-off.

Not a good place to work ,bad management , place is run by  Italian and they are not in touch with reality  need a total overhaul and a new management team if they like to stay in business
