I work at the office in Niagara Falls and I recently got a promotion. I have only worked there for 3 months. Management  really takes the time to notice our progression and strong points and is always giving us praise for our work. We are very fortunate to have a manager such as ours. She really makes you aware of your job performance and is very appreciative of our hard work. My co workers are fabulous. We all get along great. They welcomed me with open arms and are always helping to better my place in the company.The hardest part of my job is not having enough hours in a day to learn everything there is to know. The most enjoyable part of my job is the job itself, my co workers and the fact that I get to interact with drivers and company owners on a daily basis and are able to help them with whatever it is they need done.

It is a wonderful company when it comes to employee value. Most people in the company are easily approachable. I have learnt a lot in this company when it comes to performing in tight schedules. Learnt to work on their different in house systems which is based on Oracle. The most enjoyable part of the job is you come smiling to your work and you always go smiling.There is no such thing as hardest part of the job when you are well organised in your job role. The best part of this company is the co-workers as they are so nice and helpful.

My co workers are friendly and willing to help and assist me if ever i need help or info re the job. my supervisor is very approachable and never forget to motivate us. The hardest part of the job is that if you are new and everyone is busy don't expect they will assist you. you need to do it alone and learn the job as fast as you can.

Nice people, they have nice lunches once in a while, they give you opportunities to escalate for other positions but the pay  should be more for warehouse positions

You will learn different types of  work because you will be moved from one department to another department. We treated each other as families as well as the management. So far i didn't experience any hard jobs infact i enjoyed all of it.

Management really takes the time to notice our progression and willing to give credit to team members as a whole.

gud opportunities  always , salary and benefits are good, management is very gud though. all though very nice experience

Less than adequate Management, fantastic employees, lacks communication with individuals, No room for advancement, pay increase is extremely small and only once a year.

8-5 LOADING UNLOADING TRUCKS.  I LEARNED THAT HARD WORK PAYS OFF. MY CO-WORKERS WERE LIKE FAMILY.  THE HARDEST PART WAS SOMETIMESS THERE WAS A LOT OF STRESS.
