UW Mississauga

I joined United West as an entry level representative about 10 months ago. My journey for this firm not only included career growth to become an Account Manager for a multi-billionaire client, but also transformed me into a professionally intelligent and emotionally strong, confident woman. The management has proven to be a trusted confidant for individuals that struggle with setting clear and realistic goals, and is beyond supportive in strategizing a roadmap to attain their goals. The firm also promotes learning by organizing office/branch visits where we get to brainstorm ideas to attaining joint success. Team nights on every Friday solely organized by the office are my favourite days of the week! 

UW Mississauga involves collaborating with a dynamic team, engaging with customers, and strategizing sales efforts. I've learned the importance of adaptability and effective communication in driving success. Management is supportive, fostering growth through regular feedback and open dialogue. The workplace culture is inclusive and motivating, encouraging teamwork and innovation. The hardest part of the job can be navigating high-pressure situations, but it helps build resilience. The most enjoyable aspect is connecting with customers and seeing how our products positively impact their lives.

i’ve been working here for almost a year now and this has been one of the best places to work at, which is mainly because it’s not like a regular “job”, you are your own boss here where you decide and shape your own future, with the best people to guide you and who have your back whether you fail or succeed. They will always pick you back up and push you to try harder and grow further. The great part is also the fact that you get to travel to a bunch of good places and everything is paid for, and you make tons of money! 

Working here has been an incredible experience, especially with the travel opportunities! In just a few months, I’ve visited places like Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Kenora. The chance to explore new places is a fun and unique part of the job, adding variety and excitement to my work. The team is supportive, and the company values personal and professional growth. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a dynamic work environment with travel benefits.


I love working at UW Mississauga because they teach you the Business aspect of it and also being able to be your own person while I keep growing, The best part about the company they have many opportunities for you and everyone is very helpful and encouraging at the same time it doesn’t really feel like a job to me at all 

United west missisauga has been an amazing experience so far! The work culture is electric and everyone is in a great mood! I’m happy that I found this job as it offered me a chance to be able to explore my talents and skills within the marketting field and I feel them improve week after week!

The work environment is very collaborative and fun.  The atmosphere in the office is very exciting and inspiring . With the corporate culture we have here you never lack enthusiasm showing up for work in the morning. Overall, you are getting paid to have fun and learn how to operate a business

While working in this organisation I’ve grown a lot. Everyday is new learning opportunity. Morning atmosphere has been a great help. This organisation has given me time and space to grow.
