nobody cares about their job. the detailers to a bad job at cleaning, they find drugs and keep it for themselves lol. and the rental desk isnt properly guided to use the same sales script or even do the same processes. managers only care about their bonuses. there was one instance where upper management raised the price of a rental car to 300 dollars a day! and then they congratulated each other for RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! they love to rip the customer off with their old cars, some of the cars have over 80,000 kms on them!!! and breaks are non existant. this comapny is so cheap that they dont even give their employees any sort of vehicle insurance in case they get into an accident with THEIR CAR. its awful. theres a shuttle driver here who hasnt gotten a riase in 5 YEARS. cheap company. i dont agree with their business ethics or morals and i woudn't reccomend that anyone work here. i dont know how these people sleep at night. it must be nice keeping money to themselves while customers get ripped off and employees go years without a raise. shame on you.

The new management team have no clue how the company works and operates. New rules that get implemented almost always make the routine harder and less efficient. The higher ups do not care about the staff and they give no reason to want to stay or do a good job. A lot of the staff feel the same so the work environment is full of people that don’t care and slack off and the few achievers get penalized anyway for anything possible. Front end staff get bonuses for sales but the contests have a bias and other counter staff and I have witnessed these contests get rigged by higher positioned staff. Wash bay staff get no bonuses or reward even when they’ve done a good job.

They won’t listen to any complaints if you aren’t a supervisor or anyone that’s higher up. Hurtful things will be said to you by your supervisor and it will be dismissed as “he say she say” 
They look for any and every excuse to fire you if they don’t like you personally. Oh and they will illegally take money from you.

Ok job. Upper Management is horrible. Bad pay and long hours. Bad reputation as a whole Automotive Group. Would not recommend to anyone looking for advancement. Employees are not cared for.

Upper manamgement has no clue what they are doing 
Cars are high kms no maintenance done on time 
Branch manager - is a sexist human being don’t work for this company! Long hours no breaks expect you to deduct your break and doesn’t insure their vehicles

Unprofessional Upper Management.
Company has no idea about the car rental business.
Has unsafe and unmaintained cars with high kms.
Untrained staff who have never worked in the industry.
Does not provide the resources to be successful.

I worked at many car rental companies and this one is pretty good. They have new vehicles and took car of them and coworkers were pretty good also. I'm assuming all the bad reviews are people that got fired? I didn't hear or see any issues.

I worked here for a very long time, over 5 years and i really enjoyed it. There were times that it was stressful and but every place is stressful. Some of the coworkers were nice to work with and as long as you do your job management didn't bug you. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was to be able to meet people and be able to provide them the right solutions to their needs.
I found it fulfilling when my customers go away happy with the kind of service we provided.

Not a good a job at all, no breaks, don't care how you're doing can't get a day off, understaffed, sexist manager who is always getting High at work and thinks it's okay to get away with that while driving clients
