Upper management does not know what they are doing.  They do not listen to the people that are actually doing the work.  Management likes to spend money they do not have then lay good people off so they can keep spending.  Unfortunate they have had great employees but choose to continue to keep the wrong people.

A company that expects 150% but not willing to give it back to the employees.

Work was decent. Company lacks fundamental infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. Management is mostly related which causes issues. They hire people to fix issues, then dump them. Very high turnover rate of employees. Equipment is sub par. Safety is lacking.

I enjoyed working with this company. I learned about management (creating monthly and yearly budgets. Problem solving and dealing with staff.). Dealing with the customers. The most enjoyable part of this job was working with customers and helping them with what they needed.

The leadership I had did not engage with me to allow me to grow and succeed in my role. Very little guidance with a large amount of Micromanaging during to incompetence and having the wrong people running the organization. 

Long hours, minimal staff for amount of work, high turnover rates and plenty of nepotism. Most of the supervision are family or close friends. Equal treatment is not in the cards here. Different people get different perks.

My experience,  if you enjoy a heavy work load, no job security , management not so great, only work there if your desperate for work and you cant find anything else, on the bright side, people were nice and friendly.

typical day was running the Api/Ansi side of the company. Going out to customers sites perform service also repairs on pipeline valves, facilities, wellheads hydro test valves in house as well.

Friendly and safety awareness environment .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
getting things done on time. waiting on parts

I worked for unified valve for 22 years the first 19 years were awesome great interaction from management and employees some profit sharing through out this time.

not my kind of work. unless there is a shut down then your looking for work to do. only good for shut down seasons to get full work week in. great guys to work for and with just not the most reliable for hrs
