If you are not smart. If you have a bad attendance record. If you like to pick and choose what work you're willing to do, while leaving everything else for someone else to deal with, well brother have I got the place for you to work. And don't worry about management. They are so hands off that,  even when you destroy equipment, product, and/or machinery, you'll barely hear a word about it. "No worries man, we're lucky to have ya." But, if you are the kind of worker who has none of these characteristics, but rather you feel you are actually a good, hard worker...run away, because you're only going to be depended upon in a way that allows the kind of poor work environment that I've described, thrive and continue. 

A job Is a job and you know what I mean if you worked here. Management needs some serious work but the people are kind and fun. Too much miscommunication but it was my dysfunctional family for a while. Technique is everything and I wish raises were based on skills rather than the system they have. It was an insult to have worked there for a while a new person comes along not able to keep up with you, and yet we both get paid the same… you’ll learn that your body matters, that creative skills are important, and learn when to say no :) You learn that the people you work with all day matters. 

In a typical day I would inspect the forkilift help customers load and off load transports put away stock material , preform warehouse duties such as cleaning prepare orders for customers and for delivery, I enjoyed most of the job being in a warehouse setting i love this industry, the hardest part of the job was dealing with the cold and the different weather.

Just don't.. it's toxic unfair no raises. Only good for family. Or friends of family. Broken trucks broken carts always new guys with no experience.  
Good luck if you do.. under paid over worked.. the kind of company that don't want you telling other what you get paid.. sneaky.. 

I loved working with building material on the boom and flat bed trucks. It was very fast paced and something to do at any time. I love jobs that have no down time and its just go go go. You learned something new everyday, new techniques from veterans of the job.

Poor management in the front office goes hand in hand with the poor scheduling of jobs and improper inspection of sites before hand; all that and more - resulting in high strung workers even if they are good guys for the most part.

Hard work with good pay, management is on point and ready. Workplace dynamics are harsh with a lot of employees not knowing professional conduct. Weekly pay is worth regardless of the high strung workers.

Been a helper there for years new people come in and right off the bat make more then you for doing the same Job 

Management is horrible 
Care more about hooking up with the office girls then doing  there Jobs 

Great people good environment hard work but the people make it feel like the time flys by, getting paid weekly doesn’t hurt either, probably the best company I have worked for so far

Starter job don't want to stay too long, Pays way too low for the work offered, doing up to 50h a week and still not have enough to pay for your rent of basics.
