I used to work full time in summer 2014. I helped to clean SuperStore Kanata. I had to follow directions from the store supervisor, and respond to cleaning requests from customers in a timely manner. Sometimes it was easy to do it, but sometimes there were a lot of requests at the same time, even though it was hard sometimes, i had a good experience and it worked well. Most of the time i had to work independtly but if they needed help working as a team, i was able to do it.

I dust, mop floors, wipe up spills and do washrooms.  Management can be easy to work with.  The workplace enviroment is friendly & can be fun at times.  I learned that it can be a task to keep things clean and respectable for the customers and staff. Working around the staff and customers can be very enjoyable most times.

Managers and co-workers have commented on high levels of accuracy and work productivity.
Takes pride in work and strives to improve work performance.
All memos, reports, forms and correspondence are completed on time with no errors.

Day in and out wasn’t too bad, extremely repetitive, managed tends to gaslight and be rude. The work isn’t hard but be prepared to go through a few pairs of shoes. Not many hours either.

simple job. Cleaning the store and listening for the calls over the intercom. cleaning bathrooms and spot cleaning is most of the job. it gets more difficult during the winter due to the tracking of the snow.

Extremely busy line of work, need to have experience with Buffers and auto scrubbers. Easy crowd to get along with , the only negative comment is it was overnights, but you get used to that!

This company was very reliable and always on time when it came to important thing such as the pay being on time or any other needs. The staff was always very equal and respectful.

I worked here for two months and the other staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about your safety. Room for growth is huge and if you put some effort to in, they will help you along the way.

Had a good subcontractor, that made work easier, Had the proper equipment for all jobs necessary. Proper Uniform was always provided, Always got paid in time.

Wonderful experience and a very big lesson, the management was inefficient although I learned a great amount of customer service skills and was able to meet amazing staff.
