There are too many workers that are hired on by this agency and because of this the job becomes harder for the people already working there. Because there are so many people and not enough job positions, the people already working there will have to adjust to positions and tasks they are not accustomed to. Also the job itself is very depressing and mentally exhausting because you can't talk to anyone because of the noises of the machines and are just left to your own thoughts. Also the management doesn't really provide a thorough training on the job and instead just toss you right into it having to figure some of it on your own. Overall the people working there are kind and understanding and the job pays ok for the work you put in. Just the decisions from management is what makes it hard to work here. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
They are very professional and u can talk to them anytime u have a problem.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stress when iwork for this company. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's very pleasant and there is no stress. Work at your own pace.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just doing your job. Both much to it.

Drive to work, sign in , Go to work station. Load and off load cargo with 1 - 3 co-workers, do paper work, Air freight, Picking Eaches.
I learned how to work effectively under pressure, and also how to work effectively as a team. i enjoyed the work out well doing loading and off loading And enjoyed Working with my co-workers. all in all I found it was a safe healthy work environment.

I showed up on time every day and got nothing but rushed and harassed at the workplace. but a friend got me the job so I didn't say anything.  Then when it came time to get payed, I only received one cheque for one days work. When I asked for the rest of the money they fluffed me off and never payed me.

a day working in the factories were hard but i did my job and kept moving at a good pace so i wont slow down prossess at work. the pay was more then miminum wage and it was but i had to call in to get work i guess that you get for asking agency to help you work.

It’s a place where work is the primary focus. However the social environment is determined one’s ability to interact with their peers and management respectively and professionally. 

Over all a good place to work. Pay was good and numbers of days in a week were also good. Supervisors at client's places are good in nature. Coworkers were helpful and over all working atmosphere was good.

Learned a lot from this agency as this is my frst full time job in Canada. Had to transfer from one site to the other which gives me diverse work experience.

A typical day at work was getting into a line assembly and getting ready to pass things down the line to package things. The most enjoyably part of the job was clocking out.

was a great experiance working with schenker, started work at 7am -sometimes 7pm at night
drove reach, counter balance and walkie doing various pickings for orders that must be filled in a timely manner
