What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Awesome days.
Weekdays.
Preferring Morning shift.
Chatting with stuff at the spare time.
The topical day is the busy day.
To satisfy customers.
Able to deal with all.
Experience to mange my work.
Flexible going with employees & emplyers.
Sharing work with employed.

Typical day at work:
Pick my cab and park my own car. Check the taxi to be in good condition, pick myself in the nearest zone, start taking calls, make sure customers happy,finish paper work, drop my cab and pick my car . 
What I learned: 
Dealing with public,sharpen my language, customer service experience,
Co-worker:
Support other drivers,team work, support supervisor, and the firm. 
Hardest part of the job:
Handling noise,traffic specially rush hours, working around the bars and occupied places. 
Enjoyable part:
Being your  own boss

New owners. Low pay, over booked and under staffed, zero tolerance for any mistakes

Over booked and understaffed, no breaks, zero tolerance for mistakes

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mega stress, chaotic, zero tolerance for mistakes, no breaks

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Insane, super high stress, no breaks, some allowed to get away with bad behaviour, others fired without warning

you get some odd shifts here and there with no minimum wage or benefits at all
its just commission based
you deal with a lot of situations and if you drive friday or saturday nights or nights you deal with some difficult situations like with drunks etc

I loved the commute to work as an owner/operator.  The days were generally the same, following the heartbeat of the city.  There was a huge difference from one customer to the next, sometimes one after the other.  The wages were uncertain, with luck and circumstance colluding with a sink or swim mentality.  It is an occupation that rewards the workaholic.

Is a co-op company, so often there are untrained and unqualified 'managers' running the different sectors of the business.

No respect for employees, often speak to employees with zero professionalism.

Often pushing you to work more hours.

High turnover (due to bad management)

Flexible schedule, highest percentage paid in town, no extra fees, best cab company in town to work for. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to drive taxi

Uber is changing the face of the taxi industry so making a living at this is difficult and will demand long hours and low expectations. It is still a good part time job though. The best jobs here are in the office. Dispatching for example.

Some times it is fast pacing but then the next time it's slow 
You get to watch TV during your shift
There is a lady that sometimes brings baking
The building is AC / HEATED 

This place is a total nightmare. Some of the staff are horrible people who have nothing better to do with their time but gossip and cause drama. The management is run by members of the board who have no idea how to run an office.
